Cornerstone Construction replaced the roof on my mother's house on 8/27/24. Pros: They did a great job tearing off and replacing approx... 45 square of Architectural shingles, all in one day. Alec was amazing to work with. Cons: The roofers damaged and broke off a 2" PVC vent stack pipe inside the attic space while replacing the shingles. They sent a roofer back on 8/30/24 to make the repair on the plumbing vent pipe. He brought the incorrect fittings and while trying to make the repair, broke the PVC pipe off further down inside of an interior wall. I got no-showed 4 days later when they promised to send a plumber. After this, I reached out to management in Greenville and offered to make the plumbing repairs myself, as long as there was a roofer from Cornerstone present to install and tie-in the plumbing boot. I was promised material and labor reimbursement by Albert. Its been 2 months and I haven't been reimbursed, can't get a text or phone call returned either. Summary - if you hire Cornerstone Construction to roof your house, make sure everything is 100% complete and you are satisfied before paying in full.

I was called yesterday to see if I would like a free inspection. Set up an appointment for 12:30 pm on 10/1/2024. I was told they would call when they were on their way. I work second shift. So I waited till the last minute to get ready work and leave for work, and when was leaving my driveway at 2:30pm they drove past my house with no phone call. Already starting off a bad business relationship with me. Say what you mean and do what you say.

They were great to work with! Came and inspected my roof to give me the assurance I needed! Will definitely use them when the time comes!

I had been meeting with roofing companies for about two weeks, trying to decide which company to select, when I had a chance encounter with Angie Humphry, a representative of Cornerstone Construction. Even though I was already considering other contractors, Angie took the time to educate me on the roofing process and how to avoid common pitfalls that customers often encounter. In an era where many people treat their jobs as just work and show little care, it was refreshing to see how passionate Angie is about what she does. It was very clear that her work is not "just a job to earn a paycheck." I will definitely refer friends and family to connect with Angie Humphry and Cornerstone Construction should they need to repair or replace their roof.

Tyler Morgan came out and checked my roof and gave me an all clear. Not a lot of people would do that. They would just try to take advantage of you. Would definitely use them if there’s a problem.

Had such a great experience with Cornerstone. Jordan was amazing- so helpful in every step of the process and knowledgable. The whole process was very quick- from reaching out to the eval to dealing with insurance (which they handled) to the install and follow-up inspection/walk thru. Highly recommend to anyone with roofing needs.

We were so pleased with our repairs on our roof that cornerstone construction did for us! Jamie Covil was very nice and professional and explained everything to us and all the crew were so very nice! We will be using cornerstone for all our roofing needs and recommending them to our friends in the future.

Great price, quality work, quick and easy service. This was my first time replacing anything related to my roofing on my home, so I was anxious about the experience. This process started when representative Cameron came out to my house to do a free consultation on my roof. He found that my roof wasn't the issue, but my gutters were clogging and in general disrepair. He went above and beyond to help fix and understand any issues he found. He quoted me new gutters, guards, and made sure all my questions were answered with no pressure of any sort. They were installed within a couple of weeks to the exact specs I asked for, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Jeremy Bush and his partner (can't remember name, sorry) arrived and expertly assessed the issues with my roof. Oftentimes, repair persons talk down to women, but chatting with these two guys was like chatting with good neighbors. Really makes a difference in who I call when help is needed. Highly recommend.

Cornerstone Construction was recommended to me by a friend, and I highly recommend them. Two of their associates, Jeremy Bush and Jamie Bruce, arrived on time and examined my roof. They found a few issues and resolved them right away. They were very helpful to answer all of all my questions! Definitely keeping this company in my contact list for any needs with my home!

Will highly recommend Cornerstone! They got here early for the appointment, got right to work, finished in less than 3 hours! All three men were extremely considerate, cleaned up and were on to their next job! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!

We had an exceptional experience with Derick Stewart and the entire Cornerstone Construction staff for replacing our roof. Derick was friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. Derick streamlined working with our insurance company to determine maximum coverage. The actual work was done quickly and efficiently. The pricing was exactly in line with what we expected to pay. I was very impressed with the whole process from start to finish and would recommend Cornerstone Construction to anyone.

Josh came out quickly & was able to figure out & repair our small roof leak. Wonderful service & will definitely use again in the future!
