Couples trip to Tamarindo
4.8/5 It would have been great if the sprinter was cooled down for our arrival and departure but nonetheless the service was great for a 1hr ride to Tamarindo for a party of 10 (5 couples) Will be booking again and referring to other travel agents as well for their clients. Adding champagne was a great touch!

Private transfer from Liberia airport to Dreams Las Mareas
We did a private shuttle to Dreams Las Mareas. The pickup was good driver was waiting for us when we were done with customs. Van was very comfortable and the driver was awesome. He shared lots of info on Costa Rica and was very knowledgeable. We stopped for snacks and Drinks and bathrooms when needed

Great transfer company
Guanacaste Viajes was amazing to work with and offered very competitive pricing for the custom transfers we needed for our trip. The main office provided updates on our transfer status and even accommodated some last minute pick up time requests. The drivers were prompt and very friendly. Highly recommended!

Meets Expectations
The Driver was late, parked rather far away, and only came with two tiny bottles of water. He was very friendly and helped with our bags.

Another year of great service
I have used Manuel's service for more than 10 years. His vans are clean, his drivers are dependable. This time I had the pleasure of having Jose and Fabian. They are always there on time and very dependable. If you are going to Guanacaste, use Guanacaste Viajes. You won't regret it.

Personable, efficient driver with a clean vehicle
Our driver, Jose, was very helpful. He texted us where he was located so we could find him after departing airport terminal. Very simple. Clean shuttle and nice driver. Stopped to use banos and grab any groceries. Then stopped again for a late breakfast. Everything was great for our 1st experience of CR.

Excellent transfer
Transfer from Tamarindo to Guanacaste was easy to book and the driver was excellent. He communicated directly with me the day before and the day of as he approached our pick up point. Along the way he pointed out sights of interest. All around a great experience and the cost was less than competitors.

Best private transport company!
Once again, we booked our private transportation to our resort through Guancaste Viajes! We have used them for a few years now, as they have always been on time, clean vans, and friendly drivers. The owner (Mr. Manuel) is always quick to respond to messages and offers a good deal to repeat customers (at least he does for us).We will continue to use this business for our transportation in the future as well!

Great driver, great company.
Great driver!! Luis was 30 minutes EARLY so when we got through customs quickly we were able to head straight out. He was lovely and knowledgeable. He always asked before making any decision (we took an awesome, wild shortcut) and got to our destination quickly. Van was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Safe and reliable!
Guanacaste Viajes was terrific in organizing all of our transportation for our 9-day family trip. They picked us up at the airport, provided local transportation, and drove us between cities/towns. All in all, we spent about 25 hours in their vans. The vans were spacious and fit all of our and our luggage, their drivers were all friendly and courteous and, most importantly, safe. We always felt secure on the Costa Rican roads and we were thankful not to have to do the driving ourselves. Would definitely recommend!Special shout-out to Melissa who was indispensable in organizing our vacation and always made sure we had a driver no matter how little notice we gave her.

Driver showed up on time and. Got us safely to the airport. Provate shuttle was perfect. Our flight was cancelled and they helped me reschedule the pick up until later the following day. Very communicative. I highly recommend.

Great Transport Service
We used this service from the airport to Papagayo. They were excellent at communicating, easy to make changes and informed us the name of our driver the day before. They answered my questions quickly In WhatsApp and they are very reasonable. Vlean vans, nice drivers. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. The booking through trip advisor was seamless and our driver was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. Drivers were extremely professional and friendly. We felt very safe and the van was very comfortable. The day before our flight, we received an e-mail with our pick up time from the resort based on our flight departure. Highly recommend!

Best experience possible
100% reliable, very positive experience with round transfer from and to Riu hotel. Company was very helpful due to our emergency changes caused by flight changes and comunicated with us all the time and helped with all the arrangements. Drivers were very nice, friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Easy pick up
Easy pick up and he told us how long it would take based on traffic. He attempted English and knew enough for safety. Was kind as we attempted Spanish to chat.

Terrible experience - Private transfer
BUYER BEWARE!! Worst company ever! I paid exta for a private transfer for my daughter & I from the Liberia Costa Rica airport to the Riu Guanacaste and the driver stopped to play the lottery while leaving us alone in the van where we had no idea of where we were. He then spent the whole ride complaining to us about how poor he was and how little he is paid so that we would tip him more. Very uncomfortable and didn't feel safe!!
