I've been visiting Cove Aesthetic for about five months now for CO2 Fractional Laser and Pico Laser treatments to help with my acne scars and dark circles, and I’ve had such a great experience! Dr. Gabriel has been taking care of my treatments, and the results have been amazing. The staff are super friendly, always polite, and never pushy about selling treatments or products—unlike some Aesthetic clinics I’ve been to. They genuinely care and always check in on my progress, which makes every visit really pleasant. If you're looking for a place with professional yet caring service, I highly recommend Cove Aesthetic!

I went to get botox done for my frown line and it was such a great experience with Dr Gabriel. He patiently answered all my questions, was not pushy in the slightest, and was gentle when doing the procedure. The results had been amazing so far. Would recommend to others.

Disappointed
I had an appointment at Cove Aesthetic Clinic as a new patient and was highly disappointed by their unprofessionalism. Despite booking in advance, paying a deposit, and receiving two confirmation calls with pricing details, I arrived to be told they couldn’t assist me due to a scheduling issue. The doctor wasn’t available, and new patients weren’t accepted without him. It felt like they blamed me for their miscommunication. If you’re considering this clinic for treatments, I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Rachel Lim or this unorganized service.

Dr Rachel is one of my favourite doctors, professional and highly skilled. She only recommends what is needed and has such good hands. With Dr Rachel's expertise,I have seen my face improve significantly with Ultherapy and lasers. Having tried many other clinics before, Cove is definitely one of the best clinics for aesthetic treatments.

Dr Rachel has been taking care of my skin and face for the past few years and I am so grateful to her for always giving me the best results. Dr Rachel is so patient and professional, and always takes the time to understand my concerns. She is also highly skilled in treatments like Ultherapy, pico laser and Boosters - she knows what works best for me and many of my friends always tell me how good I look, giving me a big boost in my self confidence.

Very pleased overall and I highly recommend Dr Rachel for anyone seeking top notch and genuine care. The team of girls are also very good!
