I’ve had several types of knives sharpened over the years by Cowboy Sharp (Japanese knives, bread knives, European chef’s knives) and they always do a fantastic job!

Wow! Just in time for Thanksgiving these folks showed up and took care in sharpening 3 very dull knives. Can’t say enough about their services and expertise! Our turkey carving will go seemless this year.

Colleen and Ronnie are really nice people so that’s a real good start. They’re also highly skilled. They sharpen my whole set of Henkles and they’re as good as new. I will sharpen by hand as needed, but I won’t let so much time go by before I have them sharpen my knives again. All in all the really great experience.

Ronnie and Colleen were delightful to meet and to entrust my 11 knives. The knives--ranging from everyday steak knives to large kitchen knives and butcher blades (serrated and smooth)--came out razor-sharp and like-new. Done to perfection. And two wonderful people with whom to work. Love their work!
