Thomas is the really good instructor. I learned a lot of things from this CPR class which can be really helpful for my health care career.

Not pleased with this company at all. Total rip off. I had to purchase an E book that I didn’t even need to use in the class but on their website it says off you don’t buy the book you cannot attend the class. No one checked for a book when I got there at all. Very deceitful I will not be going with this company again. I will instruct my colleagues to do the same. Also since the don’t deal directly with the shop Aha when you need help they can’t help you.

THEY canceled my BLS renewal the morning of my class. Only Offered dates AFTER my BLS expired & on dates I was unavailable. They are ignoring my emails about refunding me. This is their fault for canceling. They need to issue refunds if THEY cancel! Do NOT use them. They may charge you, cancel, then refuse to refund so you are out the money you paid with no service! Had to last minute find another BLS class/provider an hour away! SAVE YOURSELF! -20 stars for these people. Gonna have to reach out to my bank to try to get a refund that way! Save yourself the hassle.

disclaimer: I did not attend the class, but did pay for it. this review solely on the business aspect. they do not allow cancelations or offer refunds, only to reschedule with a fee. my work schedule shifted and I needed recertification prior to their next available class so I had to go elsewhere. Tried to cancel several days prior to course date, but they refused. Gave an extra star for how easy it is to book a class, deducted three for how impossible it is to cancel that easy booking.

Fun class! While also being educational :)

Very professional, direct, and to the point. Class was a mixture of watching videos, listening, and hands on skills of the practices learned. I would highly recommend and go through Grit City CPR again for my certification

It was an amazing class. Instructor Thomas was very thorough on explaining everything.

By far the most fun I’ve had in a CPR class. Mr. Reid focuses on hands on skills and is informative. You will walk out feeling prepared for any situation.

Super dope fun class. I learned alot and the instructor is super knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely recommended it. Just don’t over pay, like I did. I suggest, talk to him before you decide to pay.
