Top top service, super easy to deal with. All the work of the set up done by them, made the night so much easier and a lot less stressful. End product was unbelievable. Genuinely couldn’t recommend them higher to anyone.

Shocking service. Cancelling on someone's wedding the week before. What an absolute disgrace.

We are genuinely sorry to hear about your experience and would like to clarify the situation from our perspective.
Firstly, we want to emphasise that we did not cancel your booking. Unfortunately, no deposit was paid to confirm the booking. According to our policy, if a deposit is not received, the booking does not register in our system. This is a common practice in all aspects of event planning, especially weddings, to ensure commitment from both parties.
We informed your wedding planner that no deposit had been made. Our last correspondence with the wedding planner was on April 6th, and we reached out again due to concerns about your upcoming wedding. We communicate with all of our customers that deposits are essential to secure a booking.
We receive many enquiries and expressions of interest in our services. Often, despite initial enthusiasm, some parties do not follow through with a deposit for various reasons. As your wedding approached and we had not heard from your wedding planner, nor received any deposit, we assumed that alternative arrangements had been made.
With just one week until the wedding, having no contact or deposit from your side usually indicates that the interested party has found another supplier. Our policy requires full payment for the setup 7 days prior to the event. Without receiving any deposit or payment, we would not be able to provide our services.
Arranging a service like ours involves many moving parts, such as ordering bedding and linens from our suppliers, organising staff, and determining the number of vehicles needed. It is unworkable in this industry for a wedding planner not to have finalised the order one week from the event, without any deposit or contact since April 6th.
We were extremely concerned about your wedding, which is why we proactively contacted your wedding planner after not hearing from them since April 6th and receiving no deposit. We even offered to work with the wedding planner to find suitable alternative arrangements despite there being no financial gain for us. However, after this conversation, a string of negative comments and reviews appeared across various social platforms.
Given the poor communication between your wedding planner and yourselves, and the subsequent damage to our company's reputation through false accusations, we felt it was best for us to step back. Our decision was reaffirmed after being contacted again by a member of the venue the following morning. We expressed our willingness to help on a personal level, but unfortunately, more negative reviews were posted after this conversation, leaving us no choice but to completely withdraw.
In the history of our company, we have never encountered an issue like this. We must reiterate that this was not a cancellation on our part, but due to the absence of a deposit.
We genuinely hope you find an alternative supplier for your wedding day. However, due to the ongoing negative comments and reviews, we regretfully will not be able to assist you further.

Absolutely shocking service. I contacted Manus in October 23 about bell tents for my wedding. I have emails to show he was updated in February to say we would send him on the numbers nearer the time and he said that was fine. I spoke to him on the phone a few times. He never asked me for a deposit. My wedding planner has been in touch with him since via email.
My wedding planner was contacted this morning to say the company was too busy now and anyway we never paid a deposit. My planner said he wasn't bothered at all about it and admitted he probably forgot to ask for one anyway. I was told he had a wedding near our venue in August and he should probably get himself sorted better for that. My wedding is next Saturday!!!! Absolute disgrace hang your heads in shame.

What can I say. Manus was fantastic from first contact, helping us with arrangements for our home wedding right through to final set up. The whole process was seamless and fantastic communication throughout from Manus. Highly recommend Rent A Tent NI for a professional hands on service.

Couldnt be more pleased with the service and equipment of the 3m x 6m tent we hired at the weekend for my daughter's 21st birthday. Despite the weather being quite cool on the night the 2 heaters provided were more than ample to heat the tent and were very economical to run. My daughter and her friends loved the amazing set up and had a fantastic night celebrating. An excellent company to use, highly recommended!

Rent A Tent NI is amazing we hired 6 large tables for our BBQ for Easter Sunday they arrived Friday and they came Monday late morning to take them away thank you. There prices are very reasonable we will be using them again and so will our friends. Thanks again Mánus for your service. David.

It was a fantastic experience from start to end. Manus is a lovely fella, nothing was too much trouble. We had the 8m x4m party package which did not disappoint. We had a great experience with rent-a-tent. Manus and his team provided great and personable service and the marquee and furniture inside was great. We had an issue with the council doing a last minute inspection of our wedding venue and Manus was really accommodating making sure the tent was up in time for that. I can’t recommend them enough!

I have only good things to say about Rent a Tent NI. We needed to hire some tables and chairs (and a projector for the Rugby) for our house warming party in February and it couldn’t have been more simple. I checked out the website, picked what I wanted and called the number just to make sure they had availability and to check out the company too I suppose as I had never used them before. Mánus made everything very simple. I got an email within minutes of hanging up the phone with an outline of everything I had asked for and simple payment information. He then turned up exactly when he said he would and phoned ahead to make sure we were in, called the following day to make sure we got the projector working(which we had) and then picked it up exactly when he said he would on the Monday and again phoned ahead with times. Superb service and a really lovely person. Would definitely recommend.

We contacted Manus from rent a tent ni at very late notice on Friday evening after the sudden death of our mother we had booked from another company who did not bother to show up! We found rent a tent ni and came to our aid at very short notice that very same evening with tent, lighting and heating for fraction of the price we had been quoted! I cannot recommend manus enough for his service and his professional manner. Thank you so much 10/10! Will never look anywhere else
