Every aspect of this process was excellent. I purchased an Art deco bed and foam mattress from crafted beds. 1. customer service and communication are outstanding. I never waited 5 minutes for a response when I enquired about delivery times and bed design. 2. I asked for my bed to be made faster, and they did everything they could to accommodate me. 3. They provided me with swatches, and the names were handwritten, which was just a nice personal touch. and the fabric is such nice quality too! 4. The assembly was perfect. both the delivery drivers and crafted beds communicated with me on my delivery day. they assembled my bed super quick, with no mess or hassle, and placed the mattress on top. 5. they followed up with an email to make sure I was happy, and I was! The foam mattress is super comfortable. The bed is just like the picture, very well made, with perfect finishing, and neatly done. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Received my new bed and mattress a few weeks ago and I'm really impressed with the quality of workmanship. Very comfortable and a great choice of colours to suit every taste. From ordering to delivery everything was very professional and queries answered very quickly by Brian. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Crafted Beds.

Very happy with this purchase!! The quality of the beds is amazing and the colour goes perfectly with my room decor!! They have a wide variety of colours available to it wasn’t too difficult to find a colour that matches my room either.

Absolutely brilliant, from ordering to delivery , extremely helpful. Bed is just as shown and granddaughter loves it. I asked if bed could be taken inside as the lady was pregnant and couldn’t lift it which they did. I was kept informed on delivery times and day also All in all if your thinking of ordering a bed from this company then don’t hesitate A*** from me thank you

So I am giving an honest review after having this bed for 8 months... we had a couple of little things that was not quite right, but the guys at crafted beds were just amazing.. quick responses... calls to check up and have real conversation instead of just virtual rubbish! And sorted all issues in a timely manner... Would I recommend crafted beds? Hell yes!!! I have never slept better than on this luxary matress and most stylish bed.. Is it worth spending more to get more, Yes! At the end of a long day chasing kids and working full time the only thing I think of is just climbing into my comfortable bed to sleep the night away so deeply I forget all the days worries. I would like to thank you all at crafted beds in all departments for helping me have such restful nights. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ P.s I wanted to attached a photo of the bed but I didn't want to get out to do so, so here's a selfie instead 🤣 x

Loved this product when I saw it online and wasn't disappointed when it came. It's a lovely fabric and sturdy construction. It was also relatively easy to assemble by one man (of course myself) : ) Fabric swatches submitted very fast and promptly delivery by two nice guys. Specially thanks to customer service specialist - Mr. Brian who replied in quick. Highly recommended this company to my friends. It’s a good online shopping experience.

Quick production and delivery, easy to assemble and looks beautiful. Super comfy and ottoman allows for heaps of storage underneath.
