One of the worst airports, nothing is open overnight. There are no sleeping pods or places to relax after 12am.

90% of the outlets don’t work, the same food is sold at every store so there is really only one or two options for eating, and they announce delayed flights and gate changes like 5 minutes in advance. Nowhere to smoke, no where to sit comfortably, and they lost my jacket and the lost and found is only open during banking hours even though THIS IS AN AIRPORT so it is ridiculous to expect someone from another country to come back Monday at 9am. Give me a break.

They have definitely improved their efficiency with getting people to customs. I’ve also noticed the market improvement in staff attitude compared to post Covid and they were incredibly rude and inefficient.

Avoid this airport at all costs!!!! You will never get on your flight if you’re connected in Toronto. Arrived at 11am and 3 flights got canceled in a row. I ended up having to stay in a hotel to get on a flight the next day. Worst airport with the worst customer service.

Could not claim my bag for 1.5 hours after my flight had landed, and yet some planes which arrived after mine were offloading their bags

T1 A single packed premium lounge with deceiving spam pay sign ups if you scan the code to join the queue, with no cancelation details. The main waiting area ordering qpr system also tries to trick you into subscription services as you order. Shame. T3 has multiple lounges and I'd highly recommend...but watch out if using T1!!

This airport is one of the worst, most disorganized airports I have ever seen. Flights are constantly delayed and change the flight path several times. Also, the quality of food in restaurants is bad and the prices are very expensive.

Très bel aéroport notre seul problème nous voyageons avec notre chat et un bac a sable serait bien, car notre chat ne gratte pas dans le faux gazon. Nous avions pris de la litière mais les douanes nous l' ont enlevé

Busy but resonably clean place with nice helpful workers. Not sure what kind of insights one expects about major airport.
