Great service. Very professional and straight to business.

I came across an ad on Instagram for Cre8 Imprints and was excited to try them out, but the experience turned out to be a huge letdown. They charged me $270 just for a sample of four pieces, which felt like a rip-off. Then, when I placed my main bulk order—12 hoodies, 6 tees, and 6 tracksuits—not a single order was complete. I received only 10 of the 12 hoodies but was charged for the full order. Similarly, I ordered 6 tracksuits and 6 tees but got only 5 of each. To make things worse, I had requested three blue and three black tees, but they didn’t even have them in stock, so I ended up with grey instead. The guy in charge, Alby (Instagram: al.diabl0), doesn’t seem to understand pricing at all. The prices he posts on Instagram don’t match what he actually charges, and the whole operation seems like a scam. Everyone there seems to be working individually instead of as a team. When Alby told me my items were ready, I traveled nearly two hours from Queens to Manhattan, only to have to wait another 20-30 minutes when I arrived. For an order that totaled $1,360, with $270 down for the sample, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, courtesy, and honesty. Alby doesn’t stay in touch or follow through on any of the promises he makes, like fast turnaround times—it’s all just talk. If you’re considering Cre8 Imprints, I’d recommend looking elsewhere, like Alibaba or another online manufacturer, because this place is unreliable. I didn’t get any refunds for the items they didn’t deliver, and the entire experience was a mess. I won’t be going back to Cre8 Imprints ever again.
