Very delicious Italian cuisine. You used to be able to get this level of Italian food everywhere in the City and especially in Carroll Gardens and I took it for granted. The pasta is exquisite, the sauces are delicate, balanced, and complex, the wine list is fantastic, and the service and ambiance are impeccable. It’s very welcoming of vegans even though the meat dishes are delicious. My friends had the veal which they loved. Their zuppa toscana is the best in the City. If you love Italian food and want to explore the delights of Le Marche, do not miss this gem!

Lovely italian restaurant with regional recipes from the Marche region of Italy.
Ascolane Olives are a must: a unique recipe that you can find only here. They are addictive! Large menu to choose from: There's something for everyone. Staff is welcoming and makes you feel at home.

Absolutely incredible. It feels like you are truly in another world, and a delicious one at that!
It’s very relaxing and chill atmosphere, not too loud music. We ordered amazing pizza / flatbread (Quattro fromaggi), meatballs, arancini, and cacio e pepe. You cannot go wrong with any of the choices here!!
And prices are fairly priced for extremely fresh food. It feels like you walked into someone’s home in Italy and they made a wonderful meal to welcome you.

This place deserves every five star review it has! The restaurant is so cute and homey - you feel like you’re in someone’s apartment. The music is great and at the perfect volume so you can hear it but it doesn’t drown out conversation. The pastas were all incredible - made in house and so light. Our favorite was the pappardelle with sausage cooked in Barolo. The olive oil cake was the best I’ve ever had. And the service was wonderful - Ricardo is a gem!

Had dinner last night with my girlfriend!
This is as close as you’ll get to dining in Italy! The flavors are incredible, with top-quality ingredients and hospitality that makes you feel at home. My absolute favorites are the stuffed fried olives with Gorgonzola—they’re unforgettable! And the pasta? Truly divine! A true family-owned gem, where Italian traditions and warm, family-style values come to life!
The best spot in my hood! If you can’t go to Italy for a weekend.. this is the short escape you need.

Excellent all around. Service was welcoming and helpful. The garden is beautiful and provides an oasis in a busy part of Court Street in Brooklyn. The only disappointment is the lack of any real options for fish and seafood. That was surprising given that Cremini specializes in the cuisine of the Marche region of Italy.

Wonderful Italian spot which highlights dishes from the Marche region of Italy. The service is friendly and proud of what they create. The shop is small and has a cozy home feel to it. My husband and I split the mixed ascolana which was fantastic and had great presentation. For our mains we had the lasagna and the stuffed gnocchi both we great. And for dessert we split a slice of the cherry cheese cake which was a perfect ending and not overly sweet or heavy.

Extremely cute little spot with decadent food. I had a Prosecco burrata asparagus risotto special that was perfect. They were projecting an Italian movie onto the wall above us. And the wine was tasty. What else do you need?

The Burrata Ravioli is my favorite dish in Carroll Gardens which is saying a lot when you consider the quality of restaurants in the area.I also highly recommend the Fusilli Pesto and capping the night off with a Bomba Donut (soft, warm, filled with Nutella - whats not to like?)
Stop reading this review and just go, you won't regret it.

They lost a customer when the owner refused me entrance because he didn't recognize my official NYS vaccination card. I explained it's the official downloadable card in PDF format, but he wasn't interested in understanding. Never has this happened to me anywhere else.
[Old review before the owner refused me entrance: I had a fantastic experience at CREMINI'S. The owners are very warm and they make all the delicious food themselves (except for the bread, which is still tasty). They even made the mayonnaise, and I really liked it even though I don't normally eat it. The highlights for me were the the olives, the meat and cheese, and the tiramisu. I'm looking forward to trying more of the small but thoughtfully design menu.]

This is le merch Italian style food. We tried lots of the dish that we have not been able to try at other Italian restaurants. The sandwiches are so good, and they are thin and delightful.

Delicious food and great ambiance. Had a fun chat with the owner about the region of Italy where the food (and he) is from and there is clearly a lot of passion behind this restaurant and the food. Feels very authentic and definitely will be back!
