My boyfriend and I just moved into our new apartment thanks to Miss Carmen, she made the process very fast and easy. She was very sweet the whole time. She would call and check on us throughout the whole process. She was very professional at her job, she knew exactly what to do. My boyfriend and I love this apartment complex, it’s very quiet and safe. The people around here are very nice and friendly. Seems like we will be staying here for a good while.

Crest Manor Apartments was incredibly beautiful! The environment of the place was so friendly, both Rye-ann and her co-worker made sure that I was Immediately taken care of. And my tour was great! Rye-ann was very informative, and set a great example for crest manor apartments.

This apartment complex is run by scam artists who will charge you crazy amounts upon move out for damages they cannot prove. They insisted that the old stove top we had was scratched so badly that we had to pay for it to the tune of $400, could not provide pictures of damages and I was told that they would not provide receipt of payment for damages either. Then I was told to bring a money order for $95 and they would call it even, I was fine with that until I was told again that they would not provide a receipt and to leave the money order blank instead of writing it to Crest Manor. I called today and spoke to the manager who actually laughed when I told her this. Do yourself a favor and run, these folks are unprofessional and are only interested in how much they can charge you upon move out

Maria the manager is by far the worst person I’ve ever met! She is racist and respects no one not even the staff,i was planning on getting myself an apartment and my mother but after seeing her with someone else i will take my business else where, the apartments it self is beautiful , she makes it ugly, she is an ugly person
