Fantastic job by the team at Criss Cross Removals. The quotation and booking process was so simple and being able to borrow some moving boxes really helped. On the day, Michael, James and Spencer were so quick, professional and careful. We’d highly recommend the team to anyone moving house. They really made the process seamless and stress free.

Chris provides an amazing service. He was there at 8am as agreed and didn’t finish until he had the job finished at nearly 8pm which included a few difficult assemblies. Always patient and friendly, truly cares about getting it right first time rather than rushing the job like a few other companies. Class!!! Thank you and wouldn’t hesitate to get you again if ever I was crazy enough to move again.

Brilliant service from CrissCross. Getting a quote and getting our requirements sorted was really easy. The team gave regular updates up to the day of moving. While the lads were delayed by a previous jobs, once onsite they were straight at it. I was impressed that for a relatively simple job they were extremely flexible and we were able to move a lot more in one go than we'd originally expected, and god a ride back to the new place to boot! Followup 2024; we went back to CC again for another move, and this time the job was more complex, and the lads took to it with aplomb; fast, courteous, professional; generally faultless.

I would highly recommend CrissCross Removals. They were extremely patient and flexible when our completion date was changed, and when moving day finally came, half of our stuff had already been packed up the day before which really helped with stress levels! The guys were friendly, helpful and professional and little touches like re-assembling furniture and plumbing the washing machine were really appreciated. Thanks so much 😀

Deeply disappointed with the extortionate quotation Chris gave me after visiting my home to assess the removal job. He saw for himself that I had all the small boxed items removed already and all he had to move was 2 double divan beds with headboards 3 wardrobes 1 chest of drawers and 2 bedside cabinets. Downstairs is a 6 part corner Chesterfield suite 1 sideboard and a corner China cabinet In the kitchen there is only a tall fridge freezer a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The quote was £500, or 550 with insurance and I'm only moving a half a mile away within the same post code area. I can't believe the price quoted and can only think that he didn't want the job so he priced himself out of it. I used Chris about 7 years ago when his business was just starting and he was more than fair in those days. How things have changed.

Absolutely brilliant service from the team at CrissCross. A 4 bed house move from the South of England to Belfast. They were extremely easy to deal with. An initial video call was done to assess the move requirements and then everything was booked in. I was kept up to date on the process and had a courtesy call a week before the move. A team of 3 arrived when they said they would, loaded quickly and efficiently and moved everything to where we wanted it in the new house. They made a potentially stressful move very straightforward. I'd have no hesitation using them again.

From start to finish the whole team at Crisscross were so easy to work with - really quick response from filling in the online form to getting a quote to getting booked in. On my actual moving day Aaron & James were so quick and careful, always checking where I wanted things to go etc. Excellent value for such great service - will definitely be recommending & using you again if needed in the future!
