We had excellent service during our installation today. Great communication from service office. Zack, our technician was prompt, very courteous and most importantly did an efficient and effective job with the setup. Couldn't be more pleased!

Our installer kyler was very respectful and answered all questions and concerns we had. Also was quick on installation and showing the run down on the equipment.

Zach quickly and easily installed our back-up connection. He and Crowsnest provided all necessary information quickly with no hiccups. Cole also really did a great job assisting with the final setup and connection for our Business ethernet

Setup was super easy. Install confirmation was a few emails and Kyler ( our tech) was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions in detail and was diligent in his work. He made sure everything was set up and properly working before he left. Very satisfied with our service so far and with the company.

Josh and Zach were awesome and patient helping us set up port forwarding so we can host some games with friends, always love the customer service you guys give!

Great service! Cole was quick to diagnose an issue with one of our cameras. Cole was helpful and pleasant to deal with and even came out in snowy conditions! Great job and much appreciated!

Highly recommend! Install was done by Wynn and Zach who know their business and made short work of setup. Great speeds and far superior internet to Breezeline who we had before.

Zach was great! He came on Christmas Eve to install our internet. He was very friendly and professional! Would definitely recommend him and crowsnest to anyone looking for an internet provider.

Could not have asked for a better experience! Was an absolute breeze! My appointment got canceled last minute and they were able to work it out to get me in the next morning at 8am! (On new years eve yet to boot!) Simple communication, effective, just all around wonderful. Highly highly highly recommend. I have nothing negative to say. Go with them you will NOT be disappointed.

Cole and Zack came out on Christmas Eve and fixed my cable where the squirrels ate through really appreciate them helping me out! You don't get that kind of service from the big internet companies!

The technician (Kyler) was quick, efficient, detailed in his work, and courteous while installing and initiating our service. The service itself is fast and economical, and the user experience is pleasant. Definitely 5 stars so far.

Installers (Burkett and Wynn) were extremely professional and nice! But when they left they failed to make sure my service was stable and the internet was being masked by my neighbors signal??? finally got that taken care of and was good for a month after they directly boosted my signal and right back to issues. We went with the Blast plan with the mesh routers that were apparently top of the line but the only TV that stays connected is the living room TV that they needed to connect via cable just to work (shouldn’t have to do that, should’ve known then). We switched from Breezeline for a short time and went back FOR A GREAT DEAL! Before you switch to Crowsnest please call your current provider and negotiate with them because switching to Crowsnest in Altoona isn’t worth it. The best connection seems to be in the cove area (where most of them are from) but outside that circle they don’t have reliable towers. If you notice all of these 5 star reviews are just for the installation, which is 5 star(ish) but as far as the service directly your mobile hotspot will work better

Thank you, Zach, for coming out today and officially making us a customer at Crowsnest. We are excited to start this new journey. Zach knows his stuff, and was friendly, polite, and professional. Installation took well under 2 hours. He arrived at 9 as scheduled; out the door by 10:30, and we are up and running with fast Internet. I love the cute little router, too. :) Make the switch today!

Our tech was Wynn, Cool guy.. Super professional, quick to listen to our needs and offer suggestions. Got the internet service set up quickly and answered all of my questions. I can highly recommend this company and tech. You won't be disappointed. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Kyler did a very nice job on the installation. All the wires were tucked away neatly and he is very skilled in the installation process. I am very pleased with the service, it is so much faster than Brightspeed.
