Extremely happy with the roof replacement done by CRS. Working with Mike was was awesome; he was always available whenever I had any questions and was completely transparent throughout the entire process. Amanda always ensured that I was kept up-to-date with various dates/deadlines, and all of the workers were professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Needed new flashing around my chimney and roof inspection. Dino came to estimate job and inspect roof. We agreed on price and he explained work to be done. They came on a cold January day to do the work. Cleaned up the work area. I worked with Amanda as account representative to schedule and any questions.

After extreme winds last wekk, we needed a repair and contacted Complete Roof Service, a local company with excellent reviews. My first point of contact was Donna, who was extremely friendly and helpful in setting everything up. Mike, the Residential Director, provided us with the estimate and Orlando did a fantastic job on our roof. We are very pleased with the results and highly reccomend this company!!!

I would highly recommend CRS Roofing. My husband and I met with many roofing companies before hiring CRS for a total roof replacement, gutters and gutter guards. Mike Stone was fantastic. He was responsive to our questions and concerns. The quality and the workmanship of the contractors was exceptional. My husband noticed a slight issue in one part of the gutter after the first big rainstorm since installation. Mike promptly sent someone to install a larger gutter piece the next day and we haven’t had a problem since.

Top notch professionals, definitely recommend using CRS to do your next roof.

I have nothing but praise for Mike stone and his team. Did a+ job on siding and roof, and also helped us with an issue we had in a timely fashion, which is an area I had nightmare stories with other contractors.

This review is long overdue as I did not leave it right away. It’s been 18 months since Complete Roof Systems did my roofing , siding, insulation and upgraded my ventilation. Had many companies out. Unfortunately most roofing companies are not qualified , shady , unprofessional , don’t have insurance and so on. Mike Stone was the most knowledgeable, professional and efficient person I have ever dealt with in my life when it comes to my home and doing business. He’s like a walking encyclopedia . The guy should really work for nasa or something. Our house is the nicest on the block now. I am saving so much money on utilities since the upgrade and my house is so much more energy efficient. His contracts are written perfect. He did everything that he said he was going to do. His crews are top notch. He was not the cheapest guy but he’s worth every single penny I promise you. You could not ask for a more pain free pleasurable experience than how this project ran. It’s actually depressing dealing with other types of contractors now after Mike Stone and CRS. They are definitely hall of fame MVP status. Thank you.

Mike Stone and his team did a great job re-doing vertical vinyl siding for us. Mike took his measurements and gave us a fair quote next day. Once the materials arrived, the job was done in less than 2 days and we did not need to be present. When we arrived the site was clean and the house looked anew. Highly recommend them!

The CRS Team was great to work with. Dino and his people were professional and completed my roof in one day. They communicated with me throughout the process and the end result is awesome. I'd recommend them when you need a roof.

I forgot the name of your receptionist is but she is top notch. Her videos are informative and funny at the same time. Rumor has it she makes a fantastic pecan pie as well.

We just had CRS put a new roof on our home. Their customer service, reliability, and superior workmanship of our new roof is excellent. When we met with Dino, we knew we were in good hands, and our communications with Amanda was exceptional. All in all, we are completely satisfied with how quickly our roof was installed, the cleanup and attentiveness of the staff. Highly recommended.

Lucas was our first point of contact, & he was a pleasure to deal with. He took his time explaining the full roof replacement process and gave us a great price in comparison to another company we’d received an estimate from. On the day of installation, the team showed up on time and worked diligently throughout the day. We have a cupola atop our garage which they had to remove prior to shingling that area. Before reattaching the cupola, they kindly made repairs to areas of it that were weathered, and we were very pleased with the outcome. Also, we have a skylight in our bathroom which ended up needing to be replaced. CRS gave us a great estimate, we agreed to move forward, and they were able to secure us a new skylight & have one of their guys come and oversee its installation – and all in a matter of a couple of hours. The whole job was completed in one day, and we look forward to many worry-free years of coverage now that we have our new roof! Plus, we feel confident that should anything go wrong (which we don’t anticipate it will) we are protected by a solid warranty.

But they worked with me upon their thorough assessment of the project.
