Amazing, amazing amazing....never had a better dental experience...had a very difficult extraction and Dr Habashi and Jordyn went above and beyond to keep me as comfortable as possible..I will NEVER go to a different dentist again...Megan &the rest of the crew up front were awesome as well... definitely a five star experience...

I have went the this office a few times and each time there has been a problem. The first time was to fill a cavity which months later it still shots pain up my gum. When I went for a follow up the dentist told me that was normal and just wait a while and it should go away. One visit the lady kept trying to give me X-rays that I had already previously had. Not sure if she didn’t see it in my file or what but when I mentioned to her that I had previously had them already she verified and said she was sorry k my to try again! Then I had to go back to get a crown and was told there was only one dr in my network that could see me bc I asked for another dr since it was going to take over a month to get in. Once I waited over a month and showed up they then proceeded to tell me that, that dr wasn’t in network after all and I would either have to pay out of pocket or wait even longer to see another dr. I decided to leave and take my business to Progrin which is in Michelin blvd. I still have shooting pain in the tooth they claimed they filled and wonder about my bill since the dr I had previously seen was “out of network”. I have not been pleased at all with this office. They seem to have people that have no clue what they are doing from the front desk to the actual dentist. Not sure if they use this location as a “practice” location or what but please, unless you absolutely have to go to this place, just don’t!!

I would give 0 stars if I could !! DO NOT GO HERE I am a newborn mama and my husband recently died. before my visit I had to go to another dentist over an hour away only place that will accept my insurance the other place left my filling alittle to rough and it was bugging me pretty bad only reason I didn’t go back is because I have a newborn and it’s really hard to travel that far. I called ahead to smith dental the day before just stating i needed my tooth smoothed down so it wasn’t making my tounge raw anymore I told them that I would pay out of pocket but I wouldn’t be able to pay the day after they assured me that this was okay so I get there they do an x ray and the doctor comes in to talk to me and was very rude about them not accepting my insurance which I was already aware of. He says that the filling looked fine didn’t really give me much info and walked away then this assistant comes back and states that I needed to pay $250 !! Right there on the spot I said I called ahead I said that I could t pay next day but I didn’t expect for it to be that much just to smooth out my tooth !!! I started balling my eyes out cuz I was in so much pain and the girl leaves and says they could apply for care credit still would of needed 80 down i told them as I’m balling my eyes out I can afford that right now do I guees I’ll just leave.. as I’m walking out the girl says you can’t leave until you pay $50 for the consultation fee !! I wasn’t even there for 5 minutes ! I walked out and the girl treated me like I lied about me calling ahead and they said I hold wait to pay the following day also the Asian or Chinese dr not sure what his name was is awful they seemed so judgy ! They only care about getting there money ! I will make sure to pass this around to everyone ik I can’t believe how I was treated shame on you as a business for treating a young women that just had a baby like this postpartum is hard enough ! Young women with children definitely don’t come here they will judge you !

Abigail is not only a knowledgeable hygienist, she is patient, compassionate and funny! She explains everything in detail, answers all questions, and patiently waits for the patient to be ready. Easing anxieties with her gentle professional chair side manner. I highly recommend her at Smith Dental for your next cleaning!

My mother in law went here to have a tooth extracted. She was referred by her insurance. When she arrived she was told that she would have to pay for it herself. Afterwords she called her insurance for reimbursement, and was told they had also billed her insurance. That is fraudulent business, and also taking advantage of an elderly patient. I would not recommend Smith Dental.

This company checked my insurance, told me it my insurance was accepted - showed me the breakdown of work being covered ( had me sign and pay my copay). I would not have had any work performed if my insurance wasn't accepted. The dentist who saw me was distracted and almost didn't finish my work correctly because of children coming in. The assistanting nurse also did not say anything to let him know he was forgetting. When I left after the work was performed they did not reach out to tell me there was any issue with my insurance. The only way I was prvy to any issue is when I went back and they had me wait for almost an hour before telling me that they couldn't get in touch with my insurance so that day I had no work performed. Fast forward they billed me to which I thought we had resolved but apparently it was still outstanding. So here I am, months later, trying to resolve this issue and I cannot get anyone to answer my calls. Better training in medical codes and billing needs to be done IMMEDIATELY at this location.

I'm just very disappointed. This is a story over a period of time. I was told I needed to get work on several teeth and needed to get all 4 wisdom teeth out. I was confused because I never had any pain or problems with my teeth. I did put it off for a while but they continued and told me I would have severe problems if I didn't do it. In 2022, I decided to get all the wisdom teeth pulled and one tooth worked on. I scheduled to get the teeth pulled first. Once I went in to get them pulled at the surgeon they referred me to, they even told me they did not know why they would say that because they only see one tooth that needed to get pulled at the time. Also said my teeth was perfect. So, I ended up getting only that one pulled. Proceeded to get my tooth worked on and they brought up again how I should have got them all out. A few days later I'm having horrible pain and can not chew on that side. remember I said I've never had problems with my teeth. I complained about the pain and they looked at them and said nothing. I literally had problems eating for like a year. I kind of just put up with it hopping it'll work itself out. At this time I go in for a cleaning (the male doctor was extremely rude at this time btw making judgemental comments. I will say everytime times the female doctor/tech was extremely pleasant and I enjoyed our interactions). I bring up the pain at this time they look and tell me the filling broke and I have to pay again to get it fixed. I'm very upset because that can't be true because this was a problem since they did it. I was not about to pay again for their mistake. Also, they wanted to still get teeth pulled and more work done. At this point I am not letting them touch the other side causing more problems. So now I am having unbelievable pain and looking to get my tooth pulled. Which makes me sad that I will now lose my side tooth. Imagine if I have let them do all of them. I wish I had never let them work on my teeth and I wholeheartedly believe, just like the other teeth they didn't work on, it would still be fine today.

I had a tooth extracted on 04/05/2024 paid cash cause I did not have my Ins info, so I get the paperwork for ins reimbursement form, told on 04/10/204 no one in was in the office to write down info ins co wants until 04/11/2024. I was there at 8:10 am that morning to get form info, was told I could wait it would be a while or they would email it to me, it's 4:45pm still no email, I call and was told it would be tomorrow now. They want their money on the spot, then you are on your own. Think twice.

WENT IN WANTING TO GET A TOOTH PULLED. LEFT WITH A CROWN ONLY TO BEGIN HAVING EVEN WORSE PAIN SO HAD I HAD TO HAVE THE CROWN SURGICALLY REMOVED ABOUT A MONTH AND A HALF LATER BECAUSE THE DENTIST FAILED TO INFORM ME THAT THE ROOT OF MY TOOTH WAS ON MY NERVE NOW IM STUCK MAKING PAYMENTS ON SOMETHING I DONT EVEN HAVE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT A DENTIST WHO ACTUALLY CARES AND WILL COMMUNICATE WITH YOU!

I had a deep cleaning done 10 months ago. When I had my consultation in January, to plan the cleaning I was told I wouldn’t be charged out of pocket, and that insurance would cover it. I then go in March for the first half of my deep clean, and after they completed it, I was told I owed $300 for the cleaning. I paid it, and got the second cleaning done, checked at the desk that everything was taken care of for sure that time and I went on about life. I go back in tonight for a consultation to plan for another possible deep clean, but was told I could get a regular cleaning this time. I was assured this regular cleaning would be covered, so I let the tech clean my teeth. I get to the desk, and the lady tells me it’s $84 for my cleaning. I questioned it. And she responded that she was wrong and made a mistake and it was covered. She then brought up my previous cleaning that I paid $300 for and told me I still owe $546 from that visit when I was told before it was just the $300! She said insurance didn’t cover it. What’s the point of them verifying my insurance and telling me a procedure is covered or only costs a certain amount, then 10 months later telling me something different?! I shouldn’t have had to pay the $300 the first time because I was told it’d be covered, but I accepted that and paid it. Then to tell me I now that I owe even more? After I clarified last time that it was taken care of? I guess this is the place to go if you want different answers and prices each visit, and your bill to keep being added to nearly a year after the fact. Go in be seen, and it’s a surprise at the end lol. You think you paid and you’re good? Try again next visit and see what they come Up with. My tech that cleaned me was great though!!! 5 stars for her! I don’t remember her name.
