They sent me an automated text saying they were coming and when I called to confirm they said yeah that’s all you get. Then when they showed up they were very close to being late. Additionally, buried in the quote is them saying they charge double time to drive (California state law) basically 45 min drive they charge you 90 min. Technically it’s in the estimate though, just buried. But they also charged me for the movers taking ‘breaks’ which were paid breaks and I wasn’t informed of that in advance. I called and they said this is part of the federal labor law and explained I should just ‘know that’. It was nowhere to be found in the moving estimate I got and it amounted to an extra $75. Pretty disappointed to have these hidden fees sprung on me last second when moving is already costly enough.

I would not recommend them to anyone. Worst moving experience ever. They came in and started to cherry pick we will not take this will not take that. They also said they will only take certain shaped boxes not any longer boxes or luggages. Didn’t mention this to us when we booked that they don’t take luggage or certain shaped boxes. We had to move that day so we had no choice than to agree. Once they started moving every thing was so slow almost seemed like they are trying to kill time to charge us more hours. Once they were done loading they just left without letting us say or check if anything was left behind. They left many small furniture behind ( including a chair, racks for shelf, which was well packed) and many other. Once we reached destination they just left everything in the garage. When I mentioned everything was labeled for certain rooms they just took few of the things upstairs and also left things in random rooms. Parts of one furniture in one room other part in other room. Didn’t even take 30% of the things. And whatever they took were all over the place. I would not recommend them to anyone. Seeing their job I literally felt like I just trashed all my money for no reason. Don’t hire them.

These guys are professionals. They helped with an urgent and complicated order - to transport photo equipment and a large glass table. They did everything quickly and well - neatly! Professionals! All items are very fragile and were delivered and installed with great care.

The team of Maurice, Best and Mikhail were outstanding. They were so kind, professional and genuinely nice people. Not a single item was damaged or lost. Especially Maurice. He was on both teams for 2 days and 3 giant trips for my family and he was fantastic, patient and such a gentleman. I would recommend Cube Moving and Storage for the easiest and most professional move.

These guys are the real deal. Fast and professional. They pay attention and were very cautious with our belongings. Typically I move myself but they helped in a pinch very last minute and made the process seamless. Definitely worth hiring them. The owner is amazing and very understanding.

Good Guys Gone Bad or These Guys are Worse than IRS I have used Cube movers twice before my most recent move(last month). These guys used to be good, now they are worse than IRS They have crazy hidden fees which reveals itself after the move is complete. The guys present it like a sitcom episode with the phrases like “Hey Times have Changed” or “It’s the California Law” generously peppered at all times during the move, only it’s not funny and you are getting Gypped. One of the guys was not willing to clear the trash(bubble wrap, Plastic Wrap) which they used during the move. He gave a crazy number of $150 additional dollars to take that !!! can you believe this? These guys used to be good until they decided not to be, if you were referred to these guys by someone then most probably the person who referred might not be aware of the all the changes they have made to themselves , loss of integrity is one of those, the rates that are promised at the time of signing and at the time the payment is due is ridiculously different . They quality of the move has also dropped significantly. If you have been referred or thinking of using Cube Movers then save yourself the time and effort and find someone better, may be be this will catch up as a jingle!! Thanks,

HELLO ABHISHEK , Its very strange to hear from a person , who's 3 bedroom house was moved in 5.5 hours (including double driving time , that was 1 hour from 5.5 of total time) . Pretty much labor only was only 4.5 hours. Everything that you've paid was : labor + fuel + supplies . Everything was sent to you in written , just like on your previous two moves THERE WAS NOTHING HIDDEN ! You've asked to remove your trash - yes we can help with that ( we offered to take the trash out and you would pay only the disposal fee , but you've declined) You were complaining about the cost of supplies once the job was finished - You've been sent the cost of supplies upfront also were informed by foreman prior to using it. You also had an option to decline proper protection , but you've chosen to have items wrapped in blankets and also plastic wrap. We apologize, but everything became more expensive since your last move ( including fuel cost, supplies cost, insurance cost , even labor cost ) and you were informed ahead of time (prior to booking). You've used our service in 2018 and 2020 and you haven't said a good word about our service, but this time due to the supplies and labor cost increase, regardless that your move took incredibly fast time and was completed in only 5.5 hours ( you've had almost 1500 sq ft townhouse with garage and narrow staircase ) instead of calling and addressing the issue to resolve it you've decided to ruin our reputation online . If you would like to get your questions answered , feel free to call us at 619-366-9806 and we still willing to help you. I don't know why you didn't answer my phone call and didn't reply to the email I've sent you right after the move. For some reason you have preferred to leave a bad feedback instead of addressing the issue to resolve it. Hope to hear from you soon . Thank you

I believe the individuals name was James who I spoke with. Very condescending and talked down to me and kept telling me what I needed rather than what I was asking for. Very arrogant. Will not use their service. Stat clear of this Craigslist business.

Very pushy and they will argue with you and push more movers on you to pay a higher price. Very disrespectful and will not listen. Stay clear of this moving company! Not spam. Representative doesn’t want to listen. Call and find out for yourself.

We've been moving for 30+ years and the crew we had from Cube was the nicest and most competent team we've ever had. They arrived on time and Better, the foreman, explained the process and charges to be sure we were all on the same page. Then he, Alex and Michael got to work wrapping up our furniture and carefully loading it. Our move was local and they headed right to the new place and unloaded it just as carefully. They were so efficient and there wasn't a scratch on anything, including the walls. We couldn't be happier! Thank you guys!
