Great staff and very professional and caring

Have brought one of my cats, Claude, to Culverden Vets a couple of times now on the recommendation of a friend and am very happy with the care and service provided by the whole team there. All staff were friendly and understanding and gave a genuine impression that they cared about the welfare of Claude. Would definitely recommend.

I have nothing but praise for the Team at Crowborough who looked after Toby for his castration today. Firstly the excellent operating skills from Theresa and the time taken to explain everything together with the advice and care from Scarlett and affection from the Receptionists. Great veterinary practice. All staff very friendly and welcoming. Fantastic service and advice. 100% would recommend to anyone with a pet.

All the staff are so friendly and helpful. They have just had our German Shepherd Skye in to be spayed and couldn’t ask any more of them with the way she was cared for. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. We use the Crowborough surgery but have in the past used the Tunbridge Wells emergency surgery with our other dog 4 years ago and received the same dedicated care. I highly recommend Culverden Vets without hesitation and our GS loves going there ( could be the treats she gets 🤣 )

We’ve had such kind, professional care for our poorly cat, over several weeks of his investigations, surgery and subsequent complications. All of the vets, nurses and reception staff that we’ve dealt with have been very compassionate. While the reality is that veterinary care is not cheap anywhere, we feel lucky to have such a great independent vet’s practice to look after our much loved pets. All our cats, guinea pigs and hamsters have been patients here for over 30 years and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Lovely vets but the prices are extortionate. I went to collect Apoquel tablets and was charged £100+ then asked if a vet could check his anal glands, and a lovely veterinary nurse was available, took 3 mins to do and was charged £216 in total. It doesn’t make sense. My mum had a similar experience with her dog at another local vet and it was £80

Sympathetic and understanding after sudden death of pet. Plus, they informed our regular vet.

Thank you so much for looking after Mabel. Her op went well and she is recovering well at home. The staff are always lovely so we are confident we are in safe hands. We highly recommend.
