I am so very disappointed with Cupitts. I entrusted them with my great grandmother's brooch.A big mistake. The shop assistant did not listen to what I said and the brooch was not repaired as I wanted it. Then phoned two days later to say Mrs Cupitt said they did not have a garnet to fit.I am sure this was a lie.They did not want the cost of rectifying their mistakes

Popped in to buy identity bracelets for grandaughters, service and experience were excellent. Polite, friendly, knowledgeable staff ( and owner! ) Ended up bracelet for my wife also. Thoroughly pleasant experience from start to finish. Highly recommend. Would give 6 stars if possible. Sir Anthony.

Ella pierced my daughter’s ears yesterday & we were so impressed with the whole process. We were greeted by incredibly friendly staff, then Ella took us through to a gorgeous and spacious private room to actually do the piercings. There was a wide range of earrings to choose from and Ella explained everything she was doing at every stage of the process. Ella spent quite some time ensuring the marker pen dot was in the correct place and she made sure my daughter was completely happy with the positioning before she actually did the piercings. Everything felt exceptionally clean and hygiene was clearly of paramount importance. Aftercare was clearly explained and we left with written instructions and a bottle of cleansing solution. Thank you Ella, we can’t recommend you enough.

Needed new watch strap recently. Very pleased with service from the two ladies present. One agreed to fit the strap immediately while the other offered me a seat while that was being done. We chatted about the importance of local family businesses in the town and equally, of offering a high standard of service to customers. Support local businesses like Cupitts. They need your custom.

The lady that pierced my granddaughter ears today was really kind and helpful very informative . This is such a relaxed place ideal to take children I would recommend her to every one such a calm and reassuring lady thank you

Did such an amazing job resizing my grandmothers ring for me! the ring was also cleaned it looks perfect. Also had it finished in a couple of days which was fab as I expected to wait a week or so. Would use again thank you! Also the two girls who served me were so kind and helpful! X

I cannot thank them enough, particularly Åsa, for all the help she has given me in choosing a special piece of jewellery. Although under lockdown restrictions, they have done everything possible to help me have confidence in my purchase. The service was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this jewellers.
