They were so helpful and got back to me immediately with estimates, etc. When I picked up the cushion the measurements were correct to those I had given, but since the cushion was so full it ballooned in the middle. It was for my chihuahua and she kept on sliding off - the guys at the workshop fixed the issue immediately with no judgement (I could have done it at home myself, oops). They definitely know what they are doing and are very nice and professional. Over the years I learnt to rate customer service as the most important thing, so it is nice that these people have great prices too.

How great is this place. I got some more seat cushions for my old caravan restoration. To deal with someone who knows exactly what they are doing is so reassuring.
I thought the pop-up was a bot. No, it's not. It's a real person who is an expert, and the express post is a big plus. Out door chairs. Boat and Caravan beds. Thanks

We are so incredible happy with the quality and look of the cushion we bought from Cushion House Australia. We are using it as a bed extension in our campervan and were hoping it would be here in two weekends time. It arrived within 6 days of placing the order. Will definitely use them again when needed. Highly reccomend.

Thank you thank you thank you. I have nothing but praise for this business. The customer service I received from Diane and the team at Cushion House has been amazing. From the first visit where I was a bit overwhelmed by all the choices available, Diane helped me make the best decisions when I wanted to have all my dining chairs reupholstered recently. Once the fabric was chosen I was surprised at how affordable it was especially as I had chosen the best quality available. Then the next surprise was how quickly and professionally the job was done, I’m sure the upholsterer must have pulled an all nighter when I explained that the whole family was visiting on the weekend and I really needed the seat cushions back before then. My dining room now looks fabulous, and I’m in awe of the work the team at Cushion House Australia did to accomplish this. I appreciate you all. Thank you. Oh and another bonus, they were also able to recommend other local businesses with equally good customer service, being new to the area, I also appreciated that too.

Placed my order for custom made outdoor cushions and the team were so patient and understood exactly what I was after, I needed the cushions to be water resistant, comfortable and sun resistant. Not only was the order complete in a shorter timeframe but Matt hand delivered them to our home. They look beautiful. Would highly recommend the team was a smooth process from concept to product.
