Technician Christopher Higgins attended our home to fix our furnace that had quit the night before. Climate Custom Care called me immediately the following morning and sent out a technician to look at the furnace. Christopher was punctual, efficient and very thorough . He identified the issue explained it to me and fixed the problem. We were very pleased and would recommend Climate Custom Care for your HVAC needs.

Had an amazing experience with them! My furnace stopped heating in dead of winter, within a day we had a diagnosis scheduled and a maintenance booked after that. The technician, Craig Peckford, was extremely professional and knowledgeable, ended up finding the issue and fixing it the same day, with time spared to do a full maintenance as well. Very grateful for the service and will be making sure to stay on top of maintenance going forward and will only be using these guys!

Custom Comfort installed our A/C & furnace 25 yrs ago. We had to replace the furnace last year. A/C was repaired by Craig who did an excellent job. Bob was here yesterday to do our annual cleaning. He was most courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend Custom Comfort.

Craig was over today to do the yearly service on my furnace. He was very informative and helpful as usual. I added my water heater to the service agreement. Years ago Craig came for an issue on my furnace. There was a bird in the furnace. It was a month from my yearly service. He said he would wave the service call charge and labor and make it my yearly service call with no additional charges. During COVID they sourced an on demand water heater replacement for me when stock was nonexistent. That’s why I stay loyal to Custom Comfort.

I am especially pleased and satisfied with the work Custom Comfort Climate provided me this past week. From the awesome conversation with the cheerful and helpful Brandi to the expertise work from the HVAC Technician ( Bob ) and team. -- I had a minor gas leak. Custom Comfort Climate team was able to find the leak rapidly and install the faulty part all within a total of 3-4 hours total from the time I called Comfort Climate. This was fantastic service and will recommend them anytime. !!! Thank you

Chris and Spencer showed up promptly at the door early in the scheduled time.They were very professional the whole time, explained everything clearly what they suggested for maintenence and what to be aware of may need to fix down the road. Explained the maintenence plan and reasonable price to sign up. Overall were thankful for Custom Comfort Climate Care. Recommend these guys local company in Barrie and serving surrounding areas as well.

Adam Feijoo was at my house today for a repair call. I was very happy with his service and knowledge of equipment. Replaced the pump on my unit and sold me on a maintenance plan. He is a great representative of your company. Thank him very much for a job well done.

The service person came on time. Neatly dressed. Brought in his vacuum and went downstairs. He worked on the furnace ….did what he came to do. Changed the filter, vacuumed up. He explained what the clicking was. When he finished the job, he went out to the garage and spoke to my husband. We were both very impressed with the service and service person. Brandy ….we were very happy with the service we received from Brandy. She was very patient with us when she was explaining the services we would be getting. Always seems to be in a good mood every time I spoke to her. You are very lucky to have her and the service tech in your company! The technician, Craig Peckford was punctual and did a very good job explaining what he was about to do. He was very personable and gave some advice about our aging furnace and air conditioner.

My first comment is that the installation crew, Terry and Anthony, were great. My rating of 3 is more for the sales staff. It was explained that the outdoor compressor was quite tall. What was not explained was that it couldn't be relocated to the side of my house. When I asked for it to be installed at the side with all the other paraphernalia such as Propane tank, I was told that it would be much more work and they would require an extra $2200! This seemed rediculous as I only wanted it moved perhaps 15 feet around the corner of the house. Now I have this eyesore out front of my farm house. So needless to say, not happy.

Adam was amazing!! He explained everything step-by-step and recommended we sign up for the maintenance plan to save money. Would highly recommend!
