Peter and the staff were absolutely brilliant to work with. I felt really comfortable and Alex explained everything in detail. I’ve been feeling self conscious about my thinning hair and the bald spot on my crown for a while, especially as I work in security and constantly see it on the cameras. I decided to try SMP with Peter, and the results were fantastic! The bald spot vanished and the rest of the area looks so full. Great experience at SMP. Natalia was genuinely concerned about good coverage and achieved that. All other team members were always pleasant and very accommodating with my ever changing schedules. I definitely recommend SMP for a scalp micropigmentation with great results.

I had some hair loss around the crown area and I was really concerned about it. I went to see Peter from custom scalp who treated the crown area with S.M.P. He did a fabulous job and my scalp looks much better than before which gives me a lot of confidence. The procedure was very cost effective. The staff at Custom Scalp SMP was lovely to deal with and I would highly recommend it!!!

My hair is thinning on top and I became aware of Peters treatment. I went in had a discussion about the procedure and decided to go ahead with it. It was painless and effective particularly after the second treatment. Peter is an easy guy to talk to and sensitive about the subject matter. All in all an effective treatment which makes my scalp look fuller at a reasonable cost.
