After Custom Truck installed equipment on my van, I immediately went out and damaged it. When I took it back for repairs, they did the work graciously and didn't even charge for their time.

I purchased a used truck with a tonneau cover that wasn’t opening. I brought it in and they took apart the latch system to see if parts needed to be ordered, found the issue to be an easy fix, and got it repaired and had me out of there in about 45 minutes and very inexpensive. Would definitely recommend just based on customer service alone

I went in to see about getting a gasket/seal installed between the truck bed and canopy. Since I bought both items used and separately, I was not certain they would fit together properly.
My bigger caution was that as a woman in a "dude environment"
you run the risk of being overpowered by service providers knowing what is best for you without listening to what you need or know.
Not the case with this crew. They listened to my request and concerns and made every effort to address and solve the problem. They removed the canopy from the truck, analyzed the whole situation, paying attention to every detail and worked from that perspective. They found solutions to all issues and took no shortcuts or sloppy workmanship.
They truly looked out for my best interest.
If you want a job done properly and with care, these are the people to help you.

Great customer service,bar none!
I ordered a bed cover from Real Truck to have Custom Truck install.It came from the factory with a problem-A problem that was not up to Custom Truck to fix....But, they replaced the broken part and installed it for free! They did not have to have done it since this was a manufacturing problem from the company I purchased the cover from.So instead of going thru all the hassles to get it fixed/replaced by the company Cole replaced broken part for me for nothing! I will be back for all my other accessories for my truck from Custom Truck! I live on five mile in town and will not hesitate to drive to the valley for their service and products! In closing,thanks to Cole and Kevin for running a very professional business that really cares for their customers! Jim Price-Spokane
