I have loved developing my artistic skills with the help of Stuart, and making new friends in the process. Stuart is a talented artist across a range of styles and mediums so he has much experience and expertise to share with his students. Stuart's tutoring style makes beginners feel at ease and comfortable which is important for beginners who may otherwise find trying art for the first time daunting. I have enjoyed the fact that Stuart teaches theory in addition to technique so that students can apply the theory to their artwork. I highly recommend Stuart's Watercolour Art Class for beginners for absolutely anyone who is open and willing to try something artistic. It is fun and relaxing, and you will learn something new in the process and make new friends.

Amazing artist and all around great guy!!!

I became totally immersed in the colours of Water Painting Art as Stuart at Cviisual Art Studio led me through the basics of my first Art Class. At my 70th year I never imagined that I would be so keen to undertake painting art. The day after my class, following Stuart's advice, I shopped for a set of quality water colours, proper water colour brushes and best cotton paper to commence my new art journey.

Stuart is a very knowledgeable and patient teacher. He truly cares that his students enjoy the class, learn about art and improve their skills. It is clear that he puts a lot of effort into preparing for each class and catering them to the needs and interest of his students. I would definitely recommend Stuart's classes to anyone considering signing up for an art class!

I recently attended Cviisual Art Studio for a session on "Stenselling with Water colours". The session was lead by our tutor Stuart Currie, he was very skilled, professional and experienced this was demonstrated when Stuart showed some of the paintings he has created and sold. I was a little apprehensive before starting the class however once into the session it was a great learning experience. The interaction with the other students made for a really good social event. Stuarts classes also cover Painting with water colours and acrylics. I will definitely be returning for another great experience.

I really enjoyed my classes with Stuart, he gave great examples from his own portfolio of the techniques and styles he was teaching. He was very helpful and was happy to provide guidance for any project you wanted to pursue. Highly recommend.

Stuart was very patient and gave lots of help. He provided notes with links to online resources to check out and do on your own at your own pace at home.
