The parking lot is great if you like walking all around the building trying to find a door .in the blowing ice cold .

1It's just a bad place to many slots and low rtp 92.1 or return to player. Which is down almost 2 % from the first of the year. This place is not good just average. Check the rtp when u come in each month they change it. Last month or quarter was 93% or around that number. They don't have a set number. They should put a NON smoking area but the don't. Always like sucking in others smoke. This is 2024 enough with the bs Slots are always tight here. On a 1.50 bet size u get 20 back on a bonus. And to get that bonus it will take about 100 spins. Good to see this place is just not good. Yes it's a casino made to have fun but when they don't reward players it's just not a good place. Update still low rtp 92.096 many slots as this place has it should be more around 94%. Wow way to low they changed this 10/31/2024. Yes the lowered it from 93 just 2 months ago. I just want to compliment a security officer named Jason, we were there Sunday night, into Monday morning and he was the BEST, most interactive guy in the whole building. Not only did he have some good jokes, he took the time to conversate and thank us for coming. We couldn't even get a hello for multiple other staff. We will definitely be back!

Dog crap service. No ATM's working had to go to the cashier to get cash and a 5 dollar fee per $100. Spent 1,300 to get a bonus to win 80 free games and won under $100. Drinks were terrible and no service at all. Please don't waist your time or money at this horrible place. Go elsewhere to gamble where you can enjoy your time a bit more and not lose everything to get 100 back. That place is added to the do not return.

The casino isn't my sort of thing so I got lost on the casino floor but I did get some help from a very handsome security officer by the last name Brenner I believe very nice, very patient the customer service was immaculate. Not to big on the casino scene but was I definitely treated very nicely
