Working with Lona has been a huge breath of fresh air. We were always skeptical of the whole home selling process and the level of trust you put into your realtor. Selling this home was a real eye opener of how misguided this industry can be and why a trustful and knowledgable realtor is an absolute must! My wife and I were dumbfounded on how many uninformed Realtors there are in this space with a huge lack of understanding of Comp values, construction, neighborhood scores, price to win etc. There are too many unseasoned realtors out there looking for the quick score. Lona is a down to earth human being that puts your concerns and objectives first...she is not there to take the first offer, in fact she turned down an offer on our home that was just didn't feel right. Lona is an absolute Bulldog and not afraid to protect her clients throughout the entire process. She is articulate, knowledgable and well aware of the antics of this industry she will not feed you lip service or platitudes. Lona calls a spade a spade and if you want honesty, tactics, and a strong partner through the home selling process...she is the one! Great experience and she got it done!
