Eli Serrano and his plumbing partner did a superb job removing and replacing my water heater today. They optimized the space my water heater is occupying and explained everything they did clearly. They gave me some excellent options for preventative maintenance that I have not been utilizing to extend the life of the plumbing and fixtures here at home.

Daniels sent a technician to my home to check on my heating unit for the upcoming winter. After their assessment, I was told that I had over $3000 of repairs that needed IMMEDIATE attention. The technician also said there is a pan that was somehow left in my unit that had no purpose, so he removed it. I called another HVAC company out to get a 2nd opinion. After their assessment they told me that there is ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong with my HVAC unit. And wanted to know why a pan was standing by the unit. I told them the story and he said, that pan has VERY IMPORTANCE and can only be removed by UNSCREWING the 2 SCREWS HOLDING IT IN PLACE. And it MUST be placed back as it is a splash pan for the AC. It’s $1000 to replace the pan back in its place. I’ve been going round and round with Daniels to place it back but with no luck. I will no longer trust or use this company. Definitely BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

December 2025 update. Mr. Glass came out and did a great job fixing the furnace heater. He was able to diagnose it quickly and I did get a second opinion but with the 20% discount it was hands down the best price. Got the heating back on so thank you Mr. Glass and Daniels once again. June 2025 Amazing service, prompt, honest and reliable. They have great technicians on staff and today Jason drove an hour and a half to come fix the AC unit. Omar is very calm and kept me updated until he was able to find a technician for me. Thanks Daniels. Keep up the good work.

I scheduled Daniel AC & Plumbing for an emergency tankless water heater repair, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. They wasted 4–5 hours of my time and never sent a plumber, despite me calling 4–5 times for updates. Each time they assured me I’d get a 30-minute heads-up when someone was on the way — but I never received a single text or call. Then at 10:30 PM, they suddenly claimed a technician had come by but “no one answered the door,” which made no sense since I clearly told them it’s an Airbnb, they can go anytime, and the water heater is outside the home. Still, no call, no text, nothing. To make things worse, the last person I spoke with was blatantly rude and completely unapologetic, even though the company had clearly messed everything up. Completely unreliable and not credible at all. I would not trust them for any emergency or time-sensitive service.
