I have been a patient of Dr. Ruggieri, for almost 15 years, and can honestly say I don’t think I would be here today without his care! His concern and diligence regarding my health has always been top notch! He takes the time to explain things and puts my mind at ease! His expertise in the field of cardiology is phenomenal and I am so grateful for this! Dr. R and his entire staff are extremely professional and I am so thankful for each and every one of them!

I'm a lucky man!
My wife and I moved to Punta Gorda three years ago and I needed to find a Cardiologist and I was lucky to find Dr. Ruggieri. The initial visit was interesting, to the point and honest about what he wanted to do for my condition. After a battery testing the news from Dr Ruggieri was kind of alarming. After many years visiting my cardiologist in New Jersey this new outlook for my health seemed overwhelming as to the depth of damage we were facing. Dr Ruggieri set a direction for care that has proven to be exactly what was needed and needed to be done now! There was some issues that were unexpected and some complications that Dr Ruggiero actually caught that could have been fatal without immediate intervention. Needless to say, he has the skills to see and correct the issues that nearly took my life, not once but two times in a year! I do what he tells me I need to work with and follow his guidance. Now three years invested my recent visit shows progress and I thank Dr Ruggieri, his staff at the office and the most helpful people I have been introduced to at HCA Cath Lab. This entire process has been rough but I'm still breathing and that is thanks to all the people who take care of all of us who wish to grow older with conditions that sometimes end badly. Thank God and all of the special people who work in the medical industry. Dr Ruggieri, from the bottom of my malfunctioning heart I owe you thanks for your help!

Dr. Ruggieri has been my cardiologist for over five years. HE CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and I trust his medical advice and expertise without reservation. He is thorough and compassionate and provides phenomenal medical care. . His staff treats you with much kindness and care. I am very blessed to have Dr. Ruggieri as my cardiologist and medical doctor and would not trust anyone else with my care. If you are looking for a cardiologist/medical doctor who cares about his patients Dr. Ruggieri is that doctor. I strongly recommend him.

Dr. Ruggieri has been my doctor for 10 years. He is professional, caring and thorough. He listens to my concerns and takes a pro-active approach to addressing any issues. He is into the holistic approach to medicine, which I appreciate. The staff members are very helpful and professional. The Center for Health really cares about their patients and they make you feel like you're part of the family!

Always a great experience
Dr. Ruggieri has taken care of my health needs and those of my family for over 20 years. I am always at ease whenever I go to see him. He is honest and straightforward, which I like. HIs staff is knowledgeable and well-versed in their duties, and his office is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend him!

I cannot say enough good about Dr. Ruggieri and his entire staff. I have been a patient for nearly 5 years and the Doctor has been nothing but straight forward, professional and respectful. Dr. Ruggieri and his staff have saved my life a couple times over and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great cardiologist.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Ruggieri for 10 years and he is an excellent doctor. He goes above and beyond for his patients….I had a medical issue and he’s the only one that figured it out. He deserves more than 5 stars. If you need a doctor who knows his stuff it’s him.

Dr. Ruggieri is an exceptional doctor....he's very thorough and honest...he cares very much about his patients...both my husband and I very happy with his services and his caring heart for others...he also saved my husband's life....he may be tough but let me tell you he cares alot for his patients...God bless him...He's a genius at what he does. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a good doctor.

I have been seeing Dr Ruggieri for several years for my heart health. The care i have received from Doc and the entire staff at Center for Health has been outstanding. They have taken extremely good care of me and always include my wife in my care. I have seen a number of well-regarded cardiologists over the last 25 years. Dr. Ruggieri stands out as the most competent and thorough of all. I feel very lucky to have found a heart specialist clearly this good in Punta Gorda. No nonsense though, this guy is direct and does not hedge his opinion or sugar coat things. I feel he is compassionate in that he would do everything in his power to keep me getting up every morning.

Dr. Ruggieri in my opinion is a excellent doctor in both fields of cardiology and internal medicine. His expertise goes beyond that, he believes & practices preventive medicine. I have been seeing him as a patient for 28 years , he has helped me with 3 bouts of cancer. He does not leave stones unturned he will go to every effort to get you to the best place and as soon as possible.

I have worked with Dr. Ruggieri for over 30 years. He is not only a great employer but an exceptional cardiologist. I have grown professionally through his guidance and I thank him for the knowledge I have gained. And he is beyond loyal to me and my coworkers. He is compassionate with his patients and they know he is there for them. Soo many have been with him for years and I love seeing them enjoy a great quality of life. Dr. Ruggieri is an excellent provider who has taken the best care of me and my family for many years. In times when it seems like the needs of the patient has taken a backseat to economics and statistics, Dr. Ruggieri adheres to the idea of giving everyone who comes through his door the time and attention that they both need and deserve. If you want a doctor who really cares about your health and tells it like it is, then you definitely want Dr. Ruggieri! He is thorough, professional and doesn’t waste time getting needed tests done. If that’s not enough, his staff is even more amazing: professional, cordial, friendly and extremely helpful!
