Dealt with DCM last year, initially good came round explained what they would do, They send quote out with we pay 50 % upfront for the parts. We paid the money ,waited had to keep chasing them, put in down pipe , for later that week we had a downpour .The down pipe failed leaked like a sieve, more waiting to repair the bodge up. Once repaired the following week we went away for a weeks holiday ,on our return find out that they had sent invoice demanding payment for remainder of which we paid already 50% already with the job being a total train wreck with it leaking , Please avoid cos the dealings with these guys left an unpleasant taste in my mouth

STAY AWAY FROM DCM ROOFING. Iain (director) did a roofing report for my house after I paid him $700. Somehow he did this without visiting my house a single time or ever meeting me. It is the most shoddy roof report you could imagine. Under each of the photos in the "report" there is one sentence "cracked points. Moss Treatment required" and then a few sentences as the conclusion. STAY AWAY FROM DCM ROOFING. Terrible terrible company. I feel so scammed!!!!

Had DCM roofing install some roof cowls which were poorly installed and leaked. The cowls blew off and were only sitting there with no fixings, they did not Silicon the rubber boots and charged a horrendous amount to carry out an extremely poor quality job. Would definitely not recommend this crowd.

I have contracted DCM to redo the spouting and downpipe on my house. There was a specific connection detail to the neighbour's roof and the person who prepared the quote did notice this connection detail and took some pictures of it. Once they finished to install the spoutings, the contractor was unable to finish the installation because of the connection to the neighbour's roof, he suggested to install a rainwater head as an alternative solution. They did not mention the proposed rainwater head will create a lot of noise when it is raining and I now have to deal with my neighbour's complaints. DCM later sent us an extra invoice to cover the fees of the rainwater head. It is disappointing to receive an extra invoice for the only reason that they did not foresee a potential issue that any qualified roofer should have spotted. So in the end they either don't know what their are quoting for or they either create issues to justify extra costs. I have questioned the extra fees as soon as I have seen it and I have refused to pay the extra costs. The do not take responsibility for not quoting properly in the first place and they are now threatening my family with lawyers. The tradies did an OK job but the people in charge are not honest at all.

Still awaiting a response after my roof was incorrectly repaired by DCM. After receiving a recommendation from our builder who had worked with this company several years back, we absolutely regret hiring them as many issues brought up in other 1 star reviews 3-5 years ago are still prevalent today. After 2 no shows, a 3rd showing on the wrong day, the repair to my roof finally completed... in the wrong location. Not only until I raised this issue did DCM come back to me saying they could quote additional work for the area I had visually and verbally communicated needed fixing. After attempts via email, phone, and messages through their contractor to get a response to rectify their mistake, I've now reached out to the Roofing association (as previous customers have had to) to try and resolve this issue. I will update this review with any progress. My advice for now. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

absolutely recommend these guys, they did an excellent job replacing my old tile roof with coloursteel and did it in really good time, so impressed.

A had a huge, complicated, leaky roof on a steep, windy hill site. There were lots of technical challenges with leaky flat sections and very steep sections, and DCM (with Advanced Guttering and Roofing) were the only ones that seemed up to the challenge of replacing it. They did an amazing job, including some clever solutions to the problem of getting the roof absolutely up to code. Iain gave me options when we hit problems, and I'm really glad i took his recommendations each time. Given the technical scope it took longer than we all expected, but I am completely happy with my fantastic looking, strong, watertight roof and membrane decks.

We have used DCM for gutter repairs, re-roof and also snow straps to be fitted. On the 3 occasions we have found them professional and the standard of the work was A1. Would recommend Iain for any roofing needs.

We had earthquake damage to the tile roof on our two storey house. DCM Roofing were great with organising drone photos, a report, quotation and helping us gain EQC approval for repairs. We are very happy with the outcome and have no hesitation in recommending their services. The roof looks great!

we have just had 8 months of headache trying to get dcm to redo the substandard job on our roof.finally we had to get the roofing assn involved to force him to redo the job to an adequate standard and in accordance with the original quote..the problems in dealing with this company are too many to detail but include poor communication substandard work ,inadequate covering during bad weather etc etc.we were lucky that the association got involved so we are finally free of this dcm
