If we could we would give more then 5 stars. From the first contact to the finished job top quality service, there is no need to go anywhere else. Thanks to Troy on his first visit to do the quote he did not rush us and took the time to listen to what we wanted, advised us on the best system to suit our needs. The staff that did the installation were helpful , friendly and did a great job . Highly recommend this company. That was 3 years ago when we had the air conditioning system installed. Well after 3 years we had it serviced and things have not changed, from talking with Cheryl,Jenny and Jody in the office to Brent the technician who did the work at our home still gets 5+ stars for helpful and friendly service. We are very happy to recommend them.

Professional in every way. I have used this company 4 years ago and that’s why I went back to them because of the knowledge and expertise the workers have. I sold my apartment and bought a Townhouse in Tweed a couple of months ago, it’s 22 years old and nothing has been changed or renewed in it. Old air conditioning and fans that didn’t work properly. Kiel, Jack and Jordan came and removed old fans and Airconditioning that were so bad. They pulled up wires through walls that they needed and put in extra wires and electrical systems. I am so happy with all the work they did and how wonderful everything works since they did it for me. They took away all the old stuff and cleaned up everything even vacuuming. I hear Deep Blue has now opened another business in the Sunshine Coast. The people up there will have a great business to be able to use there as well as us. They are very reasonably priced as well. So thank you Deep Blue. If I need you at any future time I know who I will be ringing. 👍👏

I have contacted Deep Blue Airconditioning a number of times regarding a quote for Split System in 3rd bedroom. I even took photos dowm to them and they stated their quote team would get back to me for the quote. Their books had been closed but I had got in for my quote in time. 2 months have gone by no quote so I am disappointed as I have dealt with them before. I have now asked for quotes from other companies. .

Quick response to online form request for service. I was told to expect a call from the service team to schedule a time. Never heard from them.

How hard is to send an email. I have asked the operational manager and the girls at the telephone reception to send a manual of the unit which they installed 3 months back. Called at least 5 times, but bill response until today ------------------------------------- @ response to your reply on Sep 2023 i left you poor review because you never sent those documents. if you got proof of what you are claiming on 17/8/23, leave it here as a picture and i will change to 5 star review... and your claims of leaving instruction pack at site - never got them. reason of asking your office to sent PDF copy via email was due to that.. Thank you.

Deep Blue Sunshine Coast Team have recently installed two Daikin Split Systems at our property in Landsborough. We found the service from the Deep Blue Team professional, punctual and courteous.
