I want to draw attention to an alarming situation involving a security firm that has earned a troubling reputation for its treatment of individuals facing mental health challenges. A recent incident has come to light, highlighting the actions of Officer Harper from the Atlanta Police Department and Enforcement Officer Lt. Morgan, which raises some serious red flags.

In a shocking turn of events, Lt. Morgan was recorded on video brazenly snatching away a rented scooter from a resident of The Melody, a person with mobility challenges. This wasn’t just any scooter; it was equipped with a loud alert clearly indicating that it shouldn't be moved. Despite this obvious warning, Lt. Morgan’s determination to inconvenience this individual overshadowed any sense of duty or compassion.

This kind of behavior is not merely unacceptable; it's a glaring reminder of the urgent need for accountability and genuine respect for every individual, regardless of their circumstances. It's time we stand up and demand better!.

I highly recommend Defense and Awareness Security! They were very professional and pleasant to talk to throughout the entire process. They listened attentively to get an understanding of my needs. They asked detailed questions regarding my event to determine the appropriate security personnel to send to ensure the safety of our guests. They worked my son’s 18th birthday party at a venue located at “The Metropolitan” property on Metropolitan Parkway in Atlanta. And thankfully, everything went off without a hitch.
