Wonderful experience learning to make an Indian dinner with Chef Sarah! Our family came to Denver for the Thanksgiving holiday and rented an Air B&B. Chef Sarah took details of the kitchen setup and adapted to the rental. She did the shopping and brought all the needed utensils. We learned basic and some not-so-basic knife skills and cooking techniques I will continue to use in my home cooking. Chef Sarah was entertaining as well as instructive, keeping us all on task through the laughter and fun. Our meal turned out great! We were all well fed, thoroughly entertained, and felt pretty accomplished at the end of it all. Overall, I would highly recommend this experience!

Sarah and Paolo were absolutely incredible. Our cooking and dining experience were one-of-a-kind. They are truly inspired chef's who obviously care very deeply not only for food, but for others' experiences of food. Recommend highly.
