Hi, Renee! Thank you for reaching out and we apologize for the frustration you've experienced. We understand the importance of having your shed in good condition and regret that the response hasn’t met your expectations. After reviewing your case, it seems our repair team originally visited on July 16 to address your concern. Since then, we understand that adjustments to the tension rods were discussed with the dealer to help prevent leaks. We recently reopened the repair ticket after hearing from you on November 4 and will have our repairman assess the door and any possible leaks as soon as possible. Please note that while our repairmen can check and adjust doors, they aren’t able to relevel buildings due to the equipment required for that task. Sometimes, shifts in level can occur over time, which may contribute to issues like leaks. If leveling is needed, we’d be happy to connect you with a local driver who can assist.
