Went here for a couple of mole removals. Staff were very kind for the whole process. Great results!!

I had a great experience with DermMedica. The location at 3477 Lakeshore is away from traffic with parking.The staff and Dr. Craig Crippen are friendly and very professional. My consultation was detailed as they went over my options regarding lesion removal. The procedure was pain free and only taking minutes. Post care was discussed and they never pushed any products. I will be back for more work in the future. I trust and recommend DermMedica.

Wanting to start off with the positives. The receptionist was lovely. However, the consultation was not great. I scheduled a consult for CO2 laser and a chemical peel. I was told during the consultation they offer Halo laser which is not a true ablative CO2 laser even though their website says different. I was also told that they do not do chemical peels as lasers have better results even though they are listed on their website. I ended up booking in elsewhere due to the poor consultation experience. I think having transparency about what you offer would result in a better experience for clients. :)

The staff are lovely and very informative in helping to make educated decisions on services to chose. I had a concern about an outcome and they handled it graciously and ensured I left my followup completely satisfied. I've struggled with cosmetic and skin care allergies all my life and their skin care products are the first to give me great results with zero reactions.

I had the MiraDry treatment on my armpits and, from initial consultation to post-procedure follow-up, the DermMedica team has been wonderful. Very member of the team was exceptional in their care and service, and I am very pleased with the results. I would 100% return to DermMedica for another treatment, and feel comfortable trusting them with any other procedures they offer.

I have been receiving laser hair treatment for the past year. Everyone here is so lovely and kind and really accommodating. The procedures were thorough and I was allowed to go at my own pace and take breaks when needed. The job is also fantastic, I have seen great results that I am really happy with. Additionally the team is very conscious around any areas with scaring. Everyone here is so nice and friendly and willing to go at the pace you need to set, I could not recommend them more.

I had an ablative C02 laser treatment in November of 2023. The results were fantastic! Dr Crippen and his staff were great, answered all my questions, and were very thorough. The down time and healing was intense and lasted about 7 days. After that my skin looked 20 years younger. This treatment is worth it and nothing can touch the ablative C02 treatment for permanent results. I highly recommend DermMedica!

In 2022, I had a lip filler treatment that unfortunately did not meet my expectations. My experience began with requesting a minimal amount of filler. However, I was persuaded to get more than I initially wanted. Additionally, the practitioner was not familiar with the style I requested but assured me he could do it. Post-procedure, I experienced unusual swelling. Over the next few weeks, I developed nodules, causing significant discomfort and anxiety. I contacted the office multiple times in distress, fearing for the condition of my lips. The situation led to missed work and a stressful recovery. The management and response to my concerns were, in my opinion, professionally troubling. Personally, I did not find the communication with administration hospitable. Thankfully, I received a refund after persistently seeking help. My lips did not return to my aesthetic baseline and remain asymmetrical which is one reason why I felt compelled to share my experience. Following my initial review, I was contacted by Charlene from DermMedica at my persona email. I felt that the follow-up communication and personal emails she sent were intimidating. Additionally, the public response to my review raised privacy concerns for me, as it seemed to violate patient confidentiality standards. I don’t appreciate this office portraying me as an uncooperative client because they did not like my review. As a healthy, fit woman with no previous issues with injections, I now consider my provider options very carefully. I am attaching a series of photos for a fair representation of various stages including before (grey striped shirt), after the procedure, and after recovery.

Excellent all around! I have been grinding my teeth for years which was causing migraines. This led me to researching toxins in my masseter muscle. The staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. After going through options and comparing products, Botox vs Nuceiva, the process was explained and I was given lots of opportunities to ask questions. The process itself was super fast! I appreciated the follow up call a week later to make sure I was happy with the results. My morning migraine was substantially reduced after the first day and even more by the second day. By the fourth day I had no headache or migraine at all. It's now been about two weeks and I slept without a night guard last night (by accident) with no headache or sore jaw in the morning. All around it was a super great experience.
