My dental assistance was super personable and the dentist was upbeat and professional and did a great job!

Previous patient of Dr Omera who was great. Husband went in for a broken tooth and saw a new dentist and was told he needed a crown. Went back the next day for the work. Then we received a bill for over $2000 and found out they didn’t accept our insurance, which we not informed of . This never would have happened under old provider.. He could have gone to a different dentist that took our insurance but we were not told they didn’t take ours. Senior citizens living on fixed income cannot afford to go here. We called and spoke with Office manager, we offered to pay half. She told me that they tell all patients if they don’t accept their insurance. Well they didn’t tell us! Then she said maybe I didn’t hear them. Give me a break. Just filed a complaint with the dental board, we will see what happens So based on your response that you be reviewing policies to make sure this doesn’t happen again will you accept half?

I appreciate the time Stacey took with me. She took the time to answered my questions regarding my referral I had for implants. She shared many words of wisdom!

when you least exspect it some thing goes wrong and its always on the week end. phone the Emergency #, Dr karbacka called back in less than 10 minutes, offered to come in on a Saturday morning in bad weather and took care of my problem, pain was gone, week end wasnt spent in pain, may Thanks for the above and beyound service.
