Recently purchased a second hand caravan from Destiny RV and found that they have excellent customer service, very helpful and friendly especially Ben, Brenton and the service desk chick, they even call me to confirm that the money was transferred successfully, because the average person find it daunting to transfer a large sum and these guys make purchases a very easy process thanks guys would recommend Destiny RV to anyone

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish, everyone from sales to service could not have helped us anymore than they did.. they even installed awning flap kit brackets for us at no charge and even changed the color of them when I changed my mind .. no cost no fuss fantastic .. would highly recommend destiny Valley View

We came to Destiny RV just to check if a pre_owned 2021 16ft Roadowl would be the right size for our needs.
A couple of hours later we walked out with grins on our faces....it certainly was.

Brenton met us on arrival and we felt so comfortable chatting with him. He is a wealth of knowledge and gave us all the information and tips we needed. Brenton made everything very easy and enjoyable. Handover was very thorough and we would like to thank the fantastic team who helped get our van ready.

Had handover of our 19ft Manta Ray Expedition with Brenton on Thursday 5th December. Very impressed with the service. Brenton was informative, helpful and made the experience fun. Now fingers crossed we remember it all.

We have had 5 caravans over the years, always new and from a dealer, but have never had the fantastic service we received from Destiny, shown every thing about the van and its operation over a 2 hour period. Thanks guys, it puts the other Dealers to shame.

The delivery experience was fantastic

After a year of researching trailers and caravans we were getting itchy to make a choice. At the recent 4WD Adventure show in Adelaide I came across the Xseries Pulse. It seemed to tick all my boxes... I got some questions answered by the helpful staff on hand. I took away the brochures and slept on it ... The next morning I returned to the show and had a few more questions answered and bought it then and there ! Delivery was a couple weeks out and we anxiously awaited the handover. We were greeted at the shop like one of the family. The handover was detailed whilst some modifications were made to my older tow vehicle. Brenton Rogers went out of his way to help with a technical snag we hit setting up my Troopy. In the end it was all smiles and I nervously drove off with our new pod camper. We are mainly bush campers and we think this Pulse is just the ticket to upgrade our camping experiences, leaving the tents behind... We're looking forward to a few more creature comforts and much quicker camp set up and pack up. Thanks much to Brenton and his team mates. Already planning our first trip back out bush ! Outstanding customer service from the team at destiny RV. Nothing was too hard to ensure a smooth transition into our new van. On pick up Brenton was brilliant with his knowledge and ran through everything in detail to set up and pack up the van. He also made sure we had everything required before sending us on our way.
