Hello Sophie, Sorry to hear you did not enjoy your experience with us. I have made some comments in reply to your points raised. 1. The safety video was previously created in conjunction with an insurer as is used at other venues within the UK. We do understand it could include more positive re-enforcement and this is something we can take on board to look at going forward. 2. The safety video includes the safety rules for use of the equipment as enforced by our marshals situated on the equipment. We unfortunately do not supervise children and this does remain the responsibility of the parents/care givers. 3. Hair nets are not a legal requirement, and after reviewing the cctv I can confirm all staff members within the cafe area had any long hair tied up, albeit one individual who remained at the sink washing up and did not travel to any food preparation area. If you can provide exact times I would be more than happy to review the footage further with you or could provide this if you wanted to contact us privately. Gloves are also not a legal requirement. Again, after reviewing the CCTV footage I can confirm a staff member wiped areas of the flooring with blue roll before washing there hands in the hand wash sink, and then some time later heading to our fryers. Again I am more than happy to share this with you. The food on the shelf you referred to is where used plates are stored before they are washed up to avoid this culminating in work areas. These chips were overcooked and not deemed appropriate to serve and as such went in the bin once they had cooled. 4. Our current food hygiene rating after inspection is 4 stars as displayed on site.
