I called expecting to schedule initial survey/sales visit a few weeks out and got same day service. Everyone (office, sales and install crew) is very efficient. They do what they say they will, when they say it will be done.

The Air Specialty Technician was friendly & polite. He diagnosed my AC issue within a reasonable amount of time, explained very thoroughly what was needed to resolve the issue and also provided maintenance info to consider in the future. I was quite satisfied.

The employee that came out was very informative and professional, but the quote they gave us was outrageous. every other company we got a quote from was less than half the price
