We recently used Device Doctors Business IT Support to improve our network infrastructure. The friendly team were extremely professional, thorough and conscientious. They installed trunking along the perimeter of our office followed by running and fitting 18 network sockets doubling our original capacity. We are really impressed with the service we received from start to finish and would highly recommend their services.

What can I say, excellent and friendly service. Fully understood that I was computer illiterate and unlike some, didn't take advantage of that giving the best advise that I understood but above all they were trustworthy. Great service! Quick, easy and great quality repair.

Had my Note 10+ giving me problems with its battery not lasting as long. I was barely getting 4 hrs 30 min of screen on time and I always had to keep topping it up. Got a new battery installed and now I'm back to getting the 9+ hours of screen on time that I used to get when I got it new. Won't be going anywhere else if I need a repair later in the future. Really fast and trusted service!

Absolute Life savers, Screen on Laptop stopped working entirely and needed to get it fixed ASAP for work, HP advised an 8 day turn around and could not advise the exact issue but these guys were able to see the issue immediately and get my back to work that day. Thanks Guys

I used these guys recently. First time and I am beyond impressed, grateful and appreciative of all they've done. Firstly, laptop. Had a hardrive problem. Thought computer was old and basically done for. Filled out their form online asking basic details. Got a quick and smooth reply saying an engineer will be out to look at the item. You also get a booked time slot that they will visit in so for those that run busy lives, they are extremely flexible and work around you. My engineer came round - ben, absolute legend. He had a quick look and estimated what would need to be done. There was no charge or ANYTHING until all the work had been done plus, all the time and work and everything that is needed for the job is INCLUDED IN THE PRICE of what needs to be done. No hidden surprises. I got exceptional service and value for money. Communication very good aswell via email and telephone. Ben even suggested another thing that would help things alone, tiny bit extra but as far as I was concerned it was the right approach. I then asked about a tiny clean issue and he even valeted and cleaned my laptop and sorted said problem out again, all included in price. I would recommend these guys through and through and even people I know I have told and they've all written down the names. You should to. Remember these guys.
