I cannot say enough good things about R&D especially Wick. The staff there were so nice and Wick was super responsive to my texts. They came out the next day when I called about my heat not working. We were without heat for over a week and Wick made sure he got here as soon as the part came in. If you need anything with your HVAC system, I highly recommend R&D for your needs.

I initially called to have our unit serviced / cleaned but when Wick came out to look at it he gave me the news that it probably needed to be replaced. I knew the unit was old, so I was mentally prepared for the news. Wick was kind enough to walk me through the inside and outside unit, what was wrong with them, and even how they worked. He was very kind and patient with all my questions. He told me about all the price points for a new unit and never once tried to up-sell me something we just didn't need for the size of our home. I love that this company is all word of mouth. Can't beat a customer review! In an industry where there's a lot of up-selling and salesmen, I appreciate the ease and comfort this business offers! We pulled the trigger on a new unit and within a week it was installed. Easy peasy.

I have been using R and D for 12 years. Very dependable and great people to deal with. Our service technician Wick was very professional and explained everything that was done and what was needed for future service.

Wick came by, really nice guy and did a great job. Showed up exactly when we scheduled the visit and got everything taken care of in a quick efficient manner. Definitely recommend working with these guys!

Mike B your service tech did an excellent job. he went above and beyond diagnosing and repairing the problem with our pump.

Our technician, Wick Whetstone, was excellent. He provided background on the HVAC unit, and gave it a thorough inspection. He exceeded our expectations by leaving and going to the warehouse to obtain a part that was due for replacement but not esential to the operation of the unit. I highly recommend this gentleman for any service needs.

R&D heating and cooling has been great. Had flooding in the basement due to clogged line. Had Mike Brauers out the next day to clear it and give us recommendation for permanent solution. Pleasant and professional. Did our heat check and humidifier fix while out here so not need seperate visit. Would recommend.

Generac and Home Advisor suggested them for a generator. Interviewed 3 companies and these folks were willing to explain everything and respond in a timely manner. Friendly people and totally took care of everything and cleaned up. They were amazing from beginning to end. Highly recommend! Michael came out today to service the generator and do hvac service.
