I found the staff at DigiClear very reassuring in particular Jas regularly checked to see if I was experiencing any discomfort.
Furthermore as I had had significant surgery on my ear many years ago I was further reassured when Jas decided not remove the last bit of earwax due to its proximity to the exposed eardrum without referral first to an ENT consultant.
I would definitely recommend DigiClear.

The experience was faultless. I could not praise the professionalism and thoroughness highly enough Everything was explained in accessible language, no technical terminology used. I was asked several times if I had any questions and I felt I was listened to. Visited them this morning with a random request! Asked them to look at my mother’s hearing aids, which had completely stopped working. They fixed one in less than 10 minutes and both Lynne and Lauren were super, super kind and helpful. They charged me nothing for it either! Reaffirming my faith in the goodness in this world.
