Waited in line for 30 whole minutes with two people ahead of me in line. Two windows open and the same two parties at each window for 30 minutes and a third party cutting in and out of line a head of us renewing her passport for 30 plus minutes

The supervisor told me the passport agent never show up because she is always sick and they constantly have to cancel appointments so she recommended me not go back even whit appointment to this location
go to the big location on 34th St instead so be aware this people its a shame

I would give zero stars if I could. The staff was extremely rude and gave us a hard time because the shipping date on our packages was one day in advance. We politely informed the USPS worker that it was a holiday on that day, but in turn, she told us we could have used the automated kiosk.

Beautiful architecture, clueless staff. Don’t come here if you decide to choose your expired passport book or card as an id. The lady that “helped me” was not HELPFUL at all. How are you gonna deny my application because i used my passport as id WHEN the website says that’s an acceptable id. I even offered my social security and this lady was straight up telling me no. Like HELLO?? This lady should pay more attention in her training instead of being rude to customers.

I never had any issues with this office especially after the make over weekdays or hectic because of the many businesses in the area but it’s the only office open on the weekends for those people who can’t make it during the week

I would recommend trying to get Valerie and/or Cohen to help you. I had a situation where I didn't know what the required documentation was for a passport, and following that, my ID went into outer space, despite having my ID when going in. They helped me try to find my ID, which I unfortunately never found, but the good part is they helped me with my passport because they knew that my ID went missing after I left.

Update: someone found my missing ID & mailed it back to me!
