I paid for the GOLD package
At the time of passport collection I was directed to the regular lounge.
Had to wait forever to submit my passport. I’m not impatient, but why the hell would you charge me for the premium version and provide standard service !

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. I applied for a standard visitor visa with priority service on November 24, 2024, expecting a decision within 5 working days as advertised. However, I did not receive a decision until December 20, 2024, a delay of nearly four weeks.
The priority service fee was an additional cost, which I paid to expedite the process. Unfortunately, the significant delay rendered this service ineffective, causing considerable inconvenience and disruption to my plans.
I urge UKVI to review their processing timelines and ensure that services advertised as 'priority' are treated as such. Additionally, I request a refund of the priority service fee, as the service was not delivered within the promised timeframe.

Hi, It's been 3 weeks, and I have no clue about my passport and visa. I have seen comments where you ask for a Facebook direct message. Where should I send it? I can't believe that, after all the documentation submission assisted by VFS, how come it is taking more than the stipulated time? My passport is away for 3 weeks, and it's ridiculous that I don't have a clue when I am gonna receive it.

Worst service when collecting my passport, I received the vfs email to collect the passport, with no specific time instructions.... you try to navigate 1 of their many websites to locate operating hours.... and apparently out of their listed time of 9-5 of operating.... there is another page you must find to identify you can only pick up your passport from 3-5 pm. So I have driven 40 minutes to get here with no result or assistance... as I was simply instructed to come back later....... apparently vfs global has no idea people work during the day.

The entire biometrics process and application collection took about 2 minutes,
Everything went smoothly, including the collection process take less than 10 minutes

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the persistent issues I have encountered with the VFS Global portal while trying to process my UK visitor visa application.
Throughout the entire process, I have faced multiple disruptions and errors that have significantly delayed my application submission. The portal frequently displays an error message stating that it is under maintenance, preventing me from proceeding to the next stages, including scheduling my biometric appointment. On the rare occasions when the site does load, my reference number is not recognized, and when I finally reach the payment process, the page refreshes, and I am once again met with a site error.
These ongoing technical problems have caused me significant stress and inconvenience. I have had to leave my daily work to focus on resolving these portal issues, spending an entire day refreshing the site and attempting to complete my application. This process has been far from seamless, as I had initially expected. I have an appointment scheduled for the 17th, and I am worried that if these issues persist, I may not be able to finalize my application in time.
Applying for a visitor visa should be a straightforward and manageable experience, but instead, it has turned into a frustrating ordeal that has consumed an unreasonable amount of time and energy. As a paying customer, I believe it is fair to expect that your platform functions properly and efficiently without causing unnecessary stress.
I kindly request that you take immediate action to resolve these technical issues on your portal. It is crucial that future applicants, like myself, are able to complete the visa application process without these significant setbacks.
I am very dissatisfied with the current state of the VFS portal and would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter.

Submission was smoothly only u need to print checklist and your appointment.
It’s took about 15min the whole biometrics process and application collection. ( self uploaded).
Visa process took around 4 weeks for me.
You can follow your visa process through their website, application tracking.
Everything was smooth even collection.

There is absolutely no way to get in touch with these people which is ridiculous. There is no number to contact. To make my appointment and add extra services I wasn't able to make a payment as it keeps saying error whenever I click on make payment. Also when I go to my appointment page I am not able to add any services nor change the date. Also when you go to VFS no one is willing to even talk to you about these queries, the security doesn't even let you in.
