Hello Mickel, Apologies again for the miscommunication about the appearance of the key (which you did not pay for). To rectify the situation, I gave multiple options, the only possible options: 1. The same style key has a defect which would cause a red key light on the dashboard to appear 2. The OEM key would be significantly more expensive as I have no control over dealership pricing 3. The different style key which would have no defects You instead demanded that I give you the OEM key which costs me significantly more than you were willing to pay. You already got a bulk discount on the first vehicle's key with free at home delivery service, and did not pay for the second vehicles key, so you were free to explore other options. Unfortunately I cannot give away free products due to a misunderstanding about the appearance of a key, we never stated an OEM key would be provided to you for the quoted rate, so I was under no obligation to provide it to you at that price. I took accountability for the miscommunication, and offered 3 solutions, yet you were unwilling, so I advised that you seek out another locksmith in the city, as you stated they all provide similar pricing. I believe you probably already have, and they have all quoted you higher prices than us which is why you tried to strong arm me into providing service and product at a loss. We were more than reasonable in this situation, there was simply nothing further I could offer you.
