Excellent service - Matthew went above and beyond helping us open an extremely difficult gun safe. He worked on the safe for several hours the first visit (ruined a lot of expensive drill bits!) and the entire day on the second visit - he was successful in the end! He was also the only locksmith out of the dozen companies we called who said he would try to save the safe - all the other companies said to destroy the safe (the safe cost $1100) and buy another one, quoting us up to $900 to wreck the safe. In the end the safe was unfortunately damaged due to the exceedingly difficult task of getting it open - but Matthew said that he would send us a quote to replace the door / dials, so that we may use the safe again. We were very satisfied with the work, we will definitely use Direct Locksmith in the future - and will happily recommend the company to friends and family.
