I dropped off my clothes on the weekend. I was supposed to pick it up today at 1 o’clock. I got here at 1:10. I’m very punctual. I leave to work at 1:45 but you haven’t found my shirts , taking orders from other customers and showed up 5 to 10 minutes after I did I don’t have time and I paid the day I dropped it off. Communicate so I can be prepared. Don’t just have me sitting there. You don’t know what I got to do today. You already at work!

They in the HOOD across the street from the projects but wanna act like they on madison ave / 5th Ave with those prices

The Mexican lady during the evening hours is selective when understanding English. One day she understands, the next day she act like I'm speaking Chinese. Different mood each day of the week.

The women working in this dry cleaner are rude and absolutely unprofessional. Can't ask them a simple question without getting an attitude or an eye roll out of them. Very disappointing.

Can never be open on time..
