The Nurse that reported to my home, was very helpful and patient. The provider was informative and interactive with my 5 yr old. She listened intently to my daughter's symptoms directly from her. The nurse had a communication disconnect with her tech. She persisted to disconnect all contact and start over for my daughter to receive efficient and effective care. I work for DOCGO and that is how I was introduced to this service. However, I will be utilizing this benefit as my family Urgent Care of choice and promoting to my neighbors, friends and family. Thank you for quality service.
