Disappointed with initial contact with this company, salesman difficult to contact, promises made not followed through and 100% payment required before he would even advise a delivery date. Cancelled order. Receive a call from Dockpro within 24 hrs of review post and my concerns were addressed and I am proceeding with Order. Appears the poor communication was an isolated incident. Upgraded review to 4 stars from 1.

Good service from Sales and Tech staff for the purchase on extra bricks to extend my float dock. Tech staff, Blake and Chris have been very helpful with fitting advise in Mandurah, WA. Thankyou DOCKPRO Pty Ltd

Purchased for my daughter and partner and the advice and service from Sandra at Dockpro was amazing. Their new roller modules work perfectly, I would think best on the market. As was going to make up myself, her advice on setting it up was fantastic and they actually made it up for me in two parts for easy transport. Was onsite nad in use the day after first speaking to Sandra. Price was very competitive, and although I would have bought one, after questioning the size of jet ski and who would be using it, she even recommened we didn't need the winch which was atributed to their new roller design and the advice to lower the entry slightly. Highly highly recommend talking to them for any size or type of dock.

I have owned a Seapen for several years now and from time to time the pen requires a service and minor repairs, I have to say the level of service I get from Dockpro is fantastic our service guy Leighton on the sunny coast is a pleasure to deal with and just gets the job done.

After I spent sometime researching for the best product to protect my new boat whilst stored at Wyndham Harbour here in Vic, I came across DockPro, and I'm so glad I did! From my initial call and been directed to my local state agent, Brett in Victoria, Australia, through to Chris the installation technician, this company knows the true meaning of 'customer service'. Every step of the process was clearly articulated to me and I certainly felt part of the process and the team at DockPro. Chris spent the day in location installing my new DockPro and then positioned it perfectly in my allocated mooring. Chris then thoroughly explained every part of the product and how every part works. The product is amazing! If you have a boat that is located in a mooring, then YOU MUST have this product in order to protect your investment. SeaPens is the only dry-docking solution that keeps your boat free from barnacles without lifting it out of the water. Brett and Chris, your after sales customer service is the best I've ever received. If I'm not sure of a certain thing, the boys are only a phone call away. Chris also goes out of his way to inspect my SeaPen when he happens to be in my area - you never receive such high standards of customer service, especially months after the product has been installed. Many thanks to the DockPro team for an amazing and professional experience. I highly recommend this product and love showing it off.

DOCKPRO where grate to deal with, they worked in with me on the installation time of the Sea Pen and Stev the installer was verey professional.

To be honest I don’t normally do google reviews as I feel if your good at what you do you will always be busy, however this team deserves that little bit more recognition. My wife and I were so happy with the quality and professionalism that took place before and after the install that I’m giving them 10 stars out of 5. Highly recommend using pro dock to anyone.

Brad provided me with a detailed quotation and regular follow up conversations. I like his style and his professional, friendly approach to sales. He is the one responsible for the sale and my decision was supported by the technical team and management of Dockpro. There were a few issues tailoring the Floatbricks Dock system for my boat and I appreciate the generosity of time and resources presented to me by the Dockpro team. Leighton installed a seapen for our glacier bay cat in Manly QLD and we couldn't be happier. The installation process was seamless and his extensive knowledge of the seapen left us confident we had made the right decision. We are stoked with our purchase.

Overall a great purchase. Easy discussion over a few phone calls to determine accessories and a final price. Install on the planned day with no delays. Seapen thus far works exactly as intended, easy to use and keeps the hull almost completely dry. Highly recommended.
