Excellent customer service! Very friendly and knowledgeable and not to mention a wonderful atmosphere with fair prices. I really appreciate Adriana Jazmine and Michelle for having the best customer service. I have been a patient for two years and I would never go anywhere else. Thank you guys.

We understand the frustration our prescription policy can cause some patients, but we are committed to the highest quality of care in all areas of our practice and we work hard to find the best quality medications and only work with pharmacies that we know have the high quality products that our patients expect from us. Thus, our strict quality control guidelines hinder us from prescribing to other pharmacies that have not been vetted by our quality control team. Once again, thank you for your feedback and we hope you will take advantage of the free follow-up visits we offer to all of our patients for life in the areas we specialize in (hormonal imbalances, weight loss, anti-aging and sexual health), regardless of whether or not they are on treatment with us.

Balance medical solutions is wonderful they’re complete professionals as well as super kind. They really know their stuff and have helped me so much in gaining my health after having a chronic illness. I would say that their solutions really work and I would recommend them highly. Anytime I’ve had any questions or concerns they speak to me immediately and help me resolve it. And if they can’t they help me find a way to address it. I cannot recommend them more highly.
