Doctors on Demand is a 5 star service provider. They communicate through most of the communication channels. The Doctor is always on time actually the doctor advises the patient to sign on 5 minutes before consult. I recommed that everyone uses this service. This is the way forward.

This was a very pleasant process and very good experience, effective, effortless and very friendly Doctor's. Obviously one can't be thankful for being sick however the experience was quite good from the booking stage to the consultation time.

Friendly, professional and efficient, doctor took her time to ask all the questions needed, she was empathetic and really made it feel like I had my home doctor in my living room. Admin is also friendly and fast and had my script and note in 5min. This is affordable and time efficient.

Seamless process with good communication, this plateform really put my mind at ease. 10/10 Highly recommend!!! The website was very easy-to-use and the Dr I saw was a gem, she was so kind and understanding! This was WAY more affordable that having to pay the in person consulting fee out of pocket if you aren't on medical aid.

I booked for today with 1 slot left to be told it's moved to tomorrow as they're fully booked and recommended a physical consultation. Very disappointed. Felt like they were just trying to pass me off to someone else.

Hi Sian, We’re so sorry about your experience with our service. Our system automatically opens the next day when the same day is fully booked. If you check the email confirmation you recieved it says 28 Nov 2024 at 9am and not 27 Nov 2024. We’re so so sorry for the inconvenience caused.

I am a nursing Sister and my standards are extremely high when it comes to receiving healthcare. Dr Parker was amazing, she was so caring listened attentively and gave good practical advice.
