I am grateful that I found Dominion Financial Services (DFS). In January 2024 I started looking for a bank/lender for a mixed used, investment property in Brooklyn, NYC. I reached out to many banks and lenders but had no success. After finding DFS in April, things changed. While the process took much longer than I expected it to take and while I was frustrated at times with the lack of responsiveness, I am not petty. Specifically, I have to shout out my Senior Settlement Coordinator, Tinika Williams. My 5-star rating is attributed to Ms. Williams and her professionalism throughout the process. Thank you for getting me to the finish line! I will use DFS again and I would recommend them to others. I look forward to future partnerships and hope that I am matched with Ms. Williams for those future deals (SMILES) Appreciate you!

Maria Lenis was our loan processor for multiple refi's. She was incredibly easy to work with, followed up often, and helped up to ensure closing on time. She's great!

I would give Dominion Financial zero stars if possible. After more than 45 days of jumping through their hopes and ridiculous delays caused by a loan officer and processors who were not prompt to do anything they finally approved my loan for closing. Four hours after signing I get an email from my loan officer, Colin who states they are canceling my loan. An EMAIL, not a phone call an EMAIL!! When I called him to discuss this he doesn't answer and has yet to call me back. This company is a joke. Don't waste your time and cause yourself the frustration of dealing with them.
