I tried to order a chicken marachahi pizza to be delivered. Talked to customer service and they transferred me to the store. The phone rang at least 20 times and I was then disconnected. That is very poor customer service and I will not order from them ever again. I will stick to ordering Dominios who provides excellent customer service and fast delivery even on the weekend.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER IN ALL MY LIFE!!!! Bunch of real bright people working here. I’ll never order from Donatos ever again. I spent $53 and NEVER RECEIVED MY FOOD. I wouldn’t be surprised if they get shut down real soon.

This is absolute worst pizza you could ever go to worst service I have seen from any restaurant ever ,all of the employees are careless and racist don’t go here even as a mistake

I wish I could give them 0 star , ordered veggie pizza , they put chicken on it and when I called they blamed I ordered to put chicken even they put 1 piece of chicken . Also that happened twice and manager is absolutely rude and racist , hung up on me .hell for vegetarians

I called and spoke to Shana, she said she was the g. M. She was very rude who rushed me off the phone. Tell me that the quality of the pizza is normal practice. Because it adds extra cheese. I ask if she was the gm she stated she wasn't going to answer and rushed me off the phone. I can live with it being a lil burnt but Iv had yesterday's pizza before and it was hard. Very disappointed.

I need to find out if this is a corporation store or independently owned...Like A.S.A.P... How can I call corporate? Maybe get the number from a different store?

Alittle longer wait time than I was told but pizza was phenomenal

I called ahead and asked them to please make sure that my order would be right because although simple at other locations they mess it up. She assured me she would go to the back and check it to make sure it was right. I waited 2 hours for burnt cheese bread, my pizza was made incorrectly including the extra sauce not being underneath like requested. Not have a cheese sauce I paid for and after a hour in a half I asked her where is the order because it’s way over the time I was given in my email. She said he’s leaving out now. I didn’t see them for another 40 mins and I only live 900ft away. Never again!

Save yourself the time and money and order elsewhere. The orders are incorrect constantly and you won't receive the entire order. Order a pizza well done it will come borderline undercooked. Sauce cups will not be delivered and when you call the manager will hang up on you without credits being issued. Once the phone is hung up they will refuse to answer it when they see your number. This has been a repeat issue at this location and there are other pizza chains in the area that will own up to their mistakes, fix them, and ANSWER the phone.

Ordered online. Order extra sauce like normal. Last time I finally called bc I was over paying for it and not receiving it. They was supposed to give me a credit and never did. We’ll order again today. They did the excite same thing so I called. The girl who answered offered a credit told her I was supposed to have one from last time and it never got to my account. Asked her if they can send it out to me since I already paid for it. The manager got on the phone and was rude. Saying how it’s an inconvenience for her driver to come back out on a forgotten sauce. So I reminded her it’s an INCC for me to have to pay over and over for their mistake and I shouldn’t have to go get it when should be delivering the right food. Yes, I always tip nice to help drivers. The driver was at least nice on the order still waiting on the messed up part.

I always put the extra sauce option in the app or let them know over the phone. They usually do it 20% of the time. When they do it, I love the pizza. When they don’t, it’s incredibly dry and I just wasted money. Which is most of the time at this location.

Terrible. After placing an order over the phone my pizza never arrived and I was never contacted. However, I was charged for the pizza and a tip for food I never received.
